      Global Holdings LLC took $2,368.26 from me and when I look at my balance I only have $605.00 in my account. I cancelled it today and requested a refund. In the contract they were only suppose to take out a $10.95 service fee only. They did not disclose that other fees were associated this the drafting of my money. They have not even negotiated any of my debt at all. Then they want me to pay the $19,000 debt for 6 years which is too long for me. OMG, I'm in shock.

      This "supposed" non profit called me multiple times but NEVER left a voicemail. Caller ID comes up non profit and not the actual name of the company. That's fishy to me so I blocked them and I won't call back! After reading multiple reviews, looks like I made the right decision to NOT CALL THEM BACK!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY THE **** OF DAY! A real non profit would be kind and compassionate, not rude, mean, and sneaky. They have scammed people out of thousands of dollars doing nothing!

      They took $4500 and never once even talked to any of my creditors. I wanted out so they gave me back only $300 of all that money. They did not do anything for me but take the money automatically out of my bank account. I am in worse shape than I was. I was trying to better my life. Global holdings took advantage of me ,knowing I was Disabled and poor.No star.

      This company global holdings LLC is absolutely the worst company ever. I dont even see how they have a business license. They tell lies they try to sell you on products. They told me that I will have a six months process for pay some debt off $6000 or less Here I started the process ran into a financial problem and called them and told them about my financial problem and canceled the service. They told me that I would receive my refund within 24 to 48 hours. I have not received my refund three weeks later here I am on the phone with untrained personnel , thats reading off a sheet of paper and dont know how to answer simple questions. When will I get my return I was told 24 to 48 hours and I have not received the funds yet then someone named ****** got on the phone nasty attitude, so unprofessional I dont see how any of these people got this job , they need to be investigated maybe even audit I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody not even dog p***

      I have attempted to set up my account with Global Holdings LLC. When I contacted their customer support 5 days ago, I was given a user name with someone else's name and not my email but it was associated with my account number.
      Their platform would not allow me to set up my account and kept stating that my email was not associated with this account. I called twice per their platform, waited both times over 30 minutes without any response. I then received an email with instructions which I followed carefully. It still didn't work. They apologised and said technical issues. I asked who the other person was who had set up my account. An email stated it was a technical issue. I then attempted to login. This time it stated "There is no email associated with this account" and it didn't recognise my password. So going from their platform stating another email was associate to the account to now, no email associated with the account.
      Given the wrong user, email, and pw associated with my account number I advised them I was concerned about my data security and that I still can't access my account but I cannot link my email on their platform, it won't allow me to. Two days have now passed since my last email requesting "they" link my email to the account and still no response except an automated message. This is the absolutely worst platform/company I have EVER dealt with.

      They said that they would help me with my credit card and loans but after the first pay two weeks later I canceled and was told I would get a full refund but I didn't and even after I canceled they tried to take another payment from my bank so not that I was out of 830.00 what they charged me but another 30.00 insufficient funds for them trying to take it again then I get a letter in the mail that says my balance is 0 showing fee's that equal to my 830.00. And I give them 0 stars and wouldn't tell nobody about these crooks

      Horrible company! Tried to scam me into making me think that this was part of an onboarding process with a different company! DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!!!!!

      I used Global Holdings LLC, through ClearOne Advantage to try to fix my credit. I was paying $255 per month. They told me when I made my agreement that they wouldn't collect their fee until my debts were settled, but that was a lie. They paid the debt collectors $5.00 per month while they collected $220-240 for themselves. Now, I have these same debt collectors after me again. The total fees they collected towards this settlement was $1,588.50 while the debt collector was only sent $340 in total. This is only example 1 of 4 of the accounts they "settled" for me.

      My payment date monthly is on the 20th. Today is November 18th, a Saturday. You guys took my payment today and now my account is severally negative. I don't understand why you did this! Monday isn't a holiday, so why??? Why did you do this to my family???
