    Subject: ******************************** 918 Wrecker & Recovery Services (**************************)Description of Situation:On 9/27/2024, my vehicle ****** CX-70, 2025, license plate ******** was towed from ********************************. I believe the towing and charges are unjustified for the following reasons:Violation of Signage Standards:The sign warning against parking was not installed according to local standards (Oklahoma laws (***************************************************************************), Tulsa regulations (**************************************************************)). It was poorly visible or lying on the ground, depriving me of the opportunity to notice it.Signage Standards:Towing warning signs should contain the name of the towing company, their contact information, and clearly inform drivers of potential consequences. In this case, these requirements were not met, which contradicts Oklahoma requirements (***************************************************************************).Unclear Grounds for Towing:I was not informed who requested the towing, raising doubts about the legitimacy of the action by 918 Wrecker & Recovery Services, which violates Oklahomas rules.Requirement for Cash Payment:The towing company refused credit card payment despite their website stating they accept various cards. They insisted on cash payment only.Incorrect Vehicle Number:The invoice lists my vehicle number incorrectly, questioning the legitimacy of the charges.Attachments:Invoice copy Photographs of improper sign placement Screenshot of accepted payment methods from the companys website Request:I request an investigation into the towing companys actions and charges. If violations are found, I ask for the invoice to be canceled or reduced and for action to be taken against the company.     *************************************************************************** Above is the link to the photos taken by the wrecker service. They were hired by ***** to tow my car to the *** dealership so the transmission could get programmed. Then they were hired a week later to pick it up from *** and take it back to *****. In the pictures it is clear to see the damage on the front passenger side of my car. In the previous photo the damage is not there. The pictures are their pictures all taken on the same date. ***** contacted them and they said they did not do the damage and they aren't going to fix it. It is obvious that they did the damage. The date of occurrence was Aug 15 2024

    My car was towed and I went to the location, paid the fee and retrieved my car. While waiting a worker said I was lucky because a winch broke while in the process of towing. I drove my car away and less then 5 minutes I had the person that drove me to the lot pull over because the car was running very bad and I was scared, The 35minute drive home was very difficult. I had every bump in the road and my back and neck felt it. I am a disabled vet and have neck and back problems. A light on the dash board appeared with a picture of the car with an arrow and read air suspension fault. The other person spoke to the representative of the tow company and they state to drive and and check in the morning that it would reset. The next morning it did not reset and I called and left a message about my car. A representative called and asked that I submit an estimate for repair. I took my car to *****, obtain a quote and submitted the quote to the company. The company has denied they did anything wrong. They are now saying the winch did not break. The repair cost is over ******** however I have no choice but to get it fixed because I cannot endanger my neck and back while driving without the suspension. Which I guess makes me not feel the bumps on the road.

    I HAD MY TRUCK TOWED FROM 918 TOWING WHEN THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER SHOWED UP HE WAS MOVING REALLY FAST WHEN HE WENT TO DRIVE MY TRUCK OFF THE TOW TRUCK HE WAS GOING WAY TO FAST AND SMASHED INTO MY HOUSE AND BOUNCED OFF OF IT DAMAGING THE CORNER OF MY HOUSE AND THE BACK OF MY TRUCK THE DRIVER TOOK PICS AND I FILED A CLAIM THE COMPANY NOW REFUSES TO TAKE MY CALLS OR PAY FOR THE REPAIRS
