  Had to have a car towed from an accident on a Saturday. Wrecker technician said no payment was needed as insurance would pay it. Called Monday to have it towed to the repair shop and they are demanding an impound and storage fee be paid before they would release it. Had to be paid in cash, no insurance claim handled. No one at the impound yard so had to set an appointment to pay it, then after payment made call company back and "schedule" a delivery! Poorest quality of service I have ever had to deal with. Will never use company again and will advise anyone I can not to use company!

  Terrible customer service I scraped up 262$ went negative in bank to get what was owed and I was in the door at 501pm and that's 1 minute late for another 60$ they wouldn't give me a 1 minute break sorry ***** GREEDY PEOPLE

  This place of stolen ,LYIN THEIVES at 918 wrecker shouldn't even be called a BUISNESS . They are unprofessional and dispiccable human to do what it is they do to lower class upper class all way round ! They are crooks out here stealing people's cars . Wit no remorse ! This place is goin to not last the rate there goin ..

  918 wrecker service damaged my Nissan Armada while in the process of towing to Firestone for a flat tire. When i contacted them about the damage, I was told their driver mentioned speaking with my wife and I about damage as if it existed before hauling the vehicle. when i informed them that the driver was lying, the office manager took my information, saying she would pass it to damage claims. No One ever reached out to speak with us about the damages. Contacted on three more occasions with the same results.

  Don't use 918 Wrecker. They were going to tow my son's truck. Driver tells him that he won't tow it if my son gives him $75. Do you have $75 in your pocket at the ready? Tells him he will wait 15 minutes and tells him there is a QT that is about 3/4 of a mile away. He runs there and back which of course takes longer than 15 minutes in dress shoes and of course the guy is gone with his truck. Oh and he never told my son where he was from or gave him any information. Tulsa County Sheriff's Office had to call around to find his truck. Go to pick it up and it cost $250 to get it out and they don't make change even though they only take cash and money orders. So we have to go to another QT to get change or just let them keep an extra $50. By this time it's 4:50 and if you aren't back before 5:00 they want to charge you an after hours fee. Ridiculous business practices! Very shady. Tulsa County Sheriff was wondering if the $75 part of the whole thing was even legal!
