If I could give zero stars, I would. This membership has been in my possession for over 15 years and I never used it. Outrigger has contacted me maybe once or twice during the first or second year. Since then I have heard nothing from them, no billing, no mailings, no promotional information. NOTHING!
Now they have a collection agency on my tail wanting to cancel debt of over $3,000 and collect an additional amount of money from me for not having paid the yearly maintenance fees over the years. It is preposterous to want money when they are giving me nothing in return.

      Cease and Desist!

I think that the outrigger vacation club is nothing but a scam they take your money tell you that you were going to get awesome deals for vacations all over the world at highly discounted prices. The initial cost is over $6000 and then they make you pay a club fee. I tried doing stuff with them and they had nothing and anything that they did have was so much more money than any regular travel agency would get it for you if I did, I couldn’t stand doing business with them anymore and I canceled my membership and that was back in 2010 or earlier I am tired of dealing with all the letters of collections in their nasty way. They talk to you on the phone when you call them telling me that they’re going to take me with the IRS and all kinds of other stuff. I am so tired of them. I want my $6000 back plus interest for the 12 years that they have been screwing me. I figured it was just a $6000 loss when I canceled them but now they want more money. They are a great big huge scam. Do not deal with them ever get horrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy I hope they sync .

Member needs to review contract paperwork, initial monies paid at the time of purchase did not go to us, it is the sole responsibility of the Sales office in which they purchased from, member signed a contract with us agreeing to all terms and conditions.

There has not been a request to close the account by mail, phone or email. These members simply need to contact our office to either pay their fees up to current to use the benefits or to sell/transfer their membership themselves just as their contract states with our approval of that sell/transfer or the other option is to contact our office to reach a fair settlement agreement to properly close/cancel through a Mutual Release document which breaks the current agreement then having no further cost or obligations.

My wife and I went to a presentation around 2010 in Branson and agreed to purchase vacation plan from a vacation club according to the purchase agreement I was sent. I threw it away. Not sure what name they were going under then but the company coming after us now is call Outrigger vacation club. As soon as we arrived home we decided to cancel the membership by phone call. Now all of a sudden 12 years later I am being harassed viciously by one of their employees to pay my bill in full. Mind you that this is the absolute rudest person I have ever had to deal with. The last letter I received from them is from Corporate Consulting Services whom this person works for. It appears they are just pulling old agreements out of a files and scamming people to pay them back yearly fees. I did some research on the company to find out multiple lawsuits in multiple states under multiple names so do not get involved with this so called company/vacation club. I have decided to hire an attorney and file my own lawsuit against them. STAY AWAY!!!

We have been getting threatening messages saying that we owe 2021 annual dues. Also that they continued their services via newsletter, phone calls, emails, weekly, monthly which is a lie. I do not even remember signing a contract or getting these what they call services! They said they need their money to upkeep their business n all the services they provide.

I have sent them a letter to cancel our contract if there ever was one!

This members did purchase a membership on 2/26/2010 signing and agreeing to the terms and conditions for that purchase. We will be sending a copy of those documents to their email address for their review. We have billed, rebilled, sent letters of past due unpaid accruing fees, also sent an Audit letter requesting them to contact our office to resolve their debt. Additionally we have called and emailed offering incentives to help them bring their membership account up to date but again they failed to respond. It is the members responsibility to update their addresses, email addresses, and phone. There has been no threats just billings and letters to the status of their membership account. After all of our attempts to help these members resolve their account we finally received a letter on 10/6/22 dated 9/3022 requesting to cancel. These members simply need to contact our office to reach a fair settlement agreement to either bring their account up to date or close it out through a Mutual Release document having no further cost or obligations.

I received an undated unsigned letter saying that weekly and twice weekly they have sent travel offers and have billed me 3 times per year by mail and have called dozens of
times. None of this is true. They say we owe a significant balance for club dues. The last time I heard from them was in 2013 when I spoke with Renee and told her that we no longer wanted the membership, which we have NEVER used. Now they are telling me that we have to pay 9 years of dues. And what make it so bad is that the day we received the letter and I called them was the very day we were told that my husband has to start chemotherapy with only 24 months to live and Dakota and Abby were very rude. I would like to know how to get legal aide to help me resolve this issue. I do not have money to pay this, as a matter of fact I need help to pay for my husband 's medical bills

On 9/16/2013 Shelia did call and spoke with Renee stating they were in their 80's, poor health, money really tight at this time, and not able to travel this year. Renee told Shelia will note their membership account but to keep in mind that the unpaid dues accruing from year to year so they will have to pay the dues up to current next renewal. Renee also told her friends and family could use the services with their permission so maybe family can help them keep their renewals up to date. We have never stop billing, rebilling, sent letters of accrued balances and an Audit letter all by mail. We had also as a courtesy called and emailed these membership offering (then) current incentives to help them bring their membership account up to date but these members failed to respond. Today through a public records search it shows ages today far below what was stated in 2013? We were never contacted previously by phone, email, or mail requesting to close/cancel their membership account. This is and has been an unpaid outstanding debt. for years so it is in the ********* best interest to contact our office and reach a fair settlement agreement to properly close/cancel their membership account based on all factors. We are here to help all members resolve their membership account balances!

The information from this company is not true. I have never told anyone that we are in our 80's and also I have not received bills or mail or any correspondence from this company for 9 years until now. Honesty should be one thing that every company should have, integrity is everything. If the people working for a company has to lie then the company is only as good as it's employees. My husband is dying but this company doesn't care. Thank you
