      Worst experience ever!!3 weeks later:I placed an order on 10/04 and was charged immediately. No tracking number or shipping updates. I called on 10/15 and was told someone would get back to me. That did not happen. I sent an email on 10/20. No reply. I emailed today and requested a refund and got an instant reply saying "Leaving the door today. I told him not to bother as I would refuse the order and I want a full refund.His reply was wow what a *****Dont do business with this "no class" business, as you will regret it.

      After spending thousands with this company,,,I repeatedly ask to speak to the guy owning it,,,he refused to talk to me repeatedly.. Never again will I ever spend a ***** with this guy,,,worst customer service I ever experienced,,if I could leave less than 1 star I would,,,

      No communication. Doesn't answer emails or phone calls. Unprofessional business ,DO NOT RECOMMEND Stated 5 day handling time. Took a month.       Deceptive adds and lousy customer service. Bought a rifle from these guys and what I received was NOT what was pictured in the add. What was pictured was a nice light grained stock and what I received was a plain brown stock with no grain. The old bait and switch. They refused to resolve the issue.

      Wish I would’ve seen this sooner. I ordered a firearm off of Gunbroker and sent a confirmation email stating my ffl information was on file and the owner sent back a rude email and I told him I didn’t need the unprofessional attitude and to go ahead and cancel my order (which he refused) I don’t know if my order will ship this week or if I’ll get a refund in a few weeks but don’t bother calling because they won’t answer anyways. What a joke of a business!! The owner should absolutely be ashamed and disgusted with himself.

      Tin Star Shooting Range is a very poor business. PLEASE do not do what I did. I bought a gun from them on Gunbroker they had for sale. I did the buy now option, they charged my card right away, like they should. After a couple weeks of not hearing anything from them and they not answering the phone calls, I finally get an email stating my card refund went through and my money was refunded to me. VERY POOR customer service, They did not even have the common curtesy to email me or call me and say they did not have the firearm they had on sale. I believe they are a very small business and post firearms from their small distributors and when you buy the firearm, they try to find it with the distributors. When they can not find it, they just refund your money and say "Oh well, and go on" I wish I could have posted this without choosing one star. Stay clear from this place!!!!

      Tin Star Shooting Range has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. I ordered a gun from gun broker that tin star shooting range was advertising for sale, after purchasing the firearm, I reached out to them, looking for updates of when it would be shipped. The owner of Tin Star was very rude and belligerent in his replys and told me not to contact his store or himself anymore. I was kind and professional to him. After asking for a cancellation and a refund I never got a reply back. I had to call my bank and asked for a forced refund. What kind of owner of a store treats customers in such a bad way.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could do 0 starts. GET A NICER PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I had a sample question and he hang up on me. SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
