I bought a 2013 F150 4X4 pickup for Split Rock Auto in May 3rd I was promised a replacement radio. I received the title in the mail a few weeks later upon receiving the title it was cut in half, so I taped it up and took it over to tag and title office in ******** to get a ***** Title in my name. The Lady at the counter said it would not be accepted because it was altered and that I had to return it to the dealer and have a new Title issued. I sent it back and went over a few days later and he said he got it. He promised me a radio when I bought the truck he was going to get for the truck because the one in the truck did not operate, I checked back several times and nothing had been done, so I contacted A2B in Liberal on June 13th and they Installed a new Radio on that day. I have been calling every week or so and checking and drove there multiple times and checked on the Title. He has said he's checking on it every time. It has been 6 months now I have been stopped by my local police and explained I am waiting on the Title he understands. I have put upgrades on the pickup and repaired some small issues. I am tired of this as I can't get it registered in my name or tags on it, I have patiently waited and given him plenty of time to resolve this issue. I want to get my money back and payed for the upgrades I have made and labor I have in this vehicle. which is ********* receipts are attached.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I have been trying and waiting patiently for 6 months for him to resolve this issue. I feel I have waited long enough. I'm not making another trip over there to start this process again.
He is tried to call and text me, I thought he was to go thru you? I really don't wish to talk with him as I have talked to him enough, always kindly and politely this is the reason I contacted the BBB after 6 months. every time I contacted the dealership about the title he said he would call the title company again. All I am asking for is Payment for my cost-plus upgrades and labor as I have been patient enough.

    Sincerely,

In response to customers complaint about his title, he called us after receiving his title and accused us of sending a ripped title. In the same phone call he admitted to opening the envelope with a knife. When we received the title back in the mail, wecould see where he had taped it back together and taped the bottom of the affidavit of fact to the back of the title, so both pages were cut. We quickly got on getting a replacement title. We have been at the mercy of the titling state waiting for a replacement title since. We have checked every week on the replacement title. We gave the customer additional paper tags to drive the vehicle when he asked. We contacted the local tag office yesterday to see if I could get a quicker solution instead of continuing to wait. And they gave me a solutioin to get this handled. I need the customer to bring the truck to the ******** tag office, and if he needs another paper tag while we get this wrapped up, we can give him one.

In reponse to the radio that was never on the we owe on the Oklahoma state purchase agreement, we verbally agreed to replace the radio, and asked the customer for a certain number on the back of the radio. We never received that number, and then the customer said he got the radio replaced somewhere else.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I have been patient trying to get the title, after waiting so long I feel I should be compensated for the hassle. They should buy this vehicle back for what I ask. I have the receipts to prove my expenditures.

    Sincerely,

Unfortunately this is not an option. The paperwork was signed by the customer, he received the title within 30 days per ******** state law. It is an unfortunate thing that the customer opened the envelope with a knife.

    He has two options...

1.Continue to wait for the replacement title.

2.Come to ******** with vehicle for VIN inspection.
