      Steven O. Madison GA loves exit 113 the service is garbage!! I came in for 2 trailer tires and brake adjustment and I've sit her waiting for over 8 hours and still waiting!! After today the loves truck stops will never get my business again!! If I have to drive a 1000 miles out of the way I will not be back!!

      I stopped by at Love's store 233 in Waller on Sunday (august 14th_ distressed. I was traveling with my daughter and my tire was seriously low on air and my car stated that the oil level was quite low. It was sunday early evening and everything was closed. However, Love's employees Jenny ******* and Tara ******* came to my rescue. They helped me figure out what oil I needed and they filled up the oil themselves. I had no idea how to do this and am not sure what I would do without them. They also helped me get another wonderful Love's employee to help me with my tires. I have not seen this type of kindness and amazing customer service in decades. Without them, I would have been stranded, miles from my home or destination. Outstanding customer service, care and kindness!!!!. I can't say enough good things. Lydia ***** from Houston

      HelloScott, and thank you for taking the time to contact us with your inquiry.Any time a credit or debit card is swiped at the pump for a gas purchase the issuing bank will receive notification that a pay at the pump gas purchase is about to be made. The amount of the hold and whether or not a hold is placed on an account is at the discretion of the issuing bank. Many banks will place a hold for a specific amount on the account until the transaction finalizes, which typically takes 3-5 business days and some banks can take as long as 30 days. A way to avoid this from happening in the future would be to take the card inside and prepay.Loves does not request a hold be placed on any transaction. If the hold has not fallen off within 5 business days, please contact our customer service team 24 hours a day at **************.Thanks again, and have a great day!

      Loves hawthore fl is horrible night shift complains about dayshift in front of customers the coffee area is always dirty ,coffee is always out ,poor customer service , the hot rollers are always empty even when it's not busy ,parking lot smells like pee, only one water spicket works on the diesel side the windshield wash buckets are alway either empty or extremely dirty/not changed, pumps constantly has problems and not marked when they are down or Cones off , multiple fuel pump paper towel dispensers are empty constantly, fuel thief, and the manager gets an attitude with customers for no reason and yells at employees in front of customers extremely unprofessional and employees smoking right next to the front and rear entrances

      Loves in Port Barre La 17635 Hwy 190 workers are soo nice and friendly greet you soon as you enter the doors its sooo nice and clean all areas bathrooms are spotless and clean and smell good definitely a place to stop ??

      Loves # ***, exit 97, I-30 in ********. 7/21/22. Fueled up and went inside to get coffee. All 4 coffee machines were out. Tried to get fountain drinks. Out of syrup. The area where you add items to your coffee was covered in spilled drinks. Poor cashier was trying to run the register and then make coffee. 2 other employees were walking around the store without a care in the world. Didnt even dare to check out the restrooms! Been to this site many times. Always clean and well run. Somebody needs to visit here and run some folks off.
