#******************** - Love's Travel <--- This place should just be shut down for many reasons.Truckers bring service to this pathetic place and get treated poorly by the employees hired through the corporate office. I understand things break down during bad weather (16 degree icy weather) but when you go to get fuel and the pump doesn't turn on, you go inside asking what is up with the pump and your met with some young kid sitting on his lazy behind holding the phone like your in his bedroom interrupting a private talk between him and his girl, his response is the DEF is frozen? No one asked about DEF, it was why the pump isn't turning on when you lift the lever, walking away i had said this " what is wrong with everyone out here are they all brain dead"? and went to the bathroom, upon returning he (the kid) apparently went crying wolf to the other employees including the security guard who was a overweight whale, and told them i called him names etc. Not knowing his exaggerations, I just skipped the fuel and decided to buy cigs instead which all 4 denied a sale to me and one calling me Brain-dead, Biotch please!. So In my opinion LOVES and who ever now runs it, You shouldn't be in business and many truck drivers put up with this trashy store daily. Ive been in it many times and seen how sloppy, unorganized and pathetic your employees are. Since your employees don't like truck drivers Id have to say they need to go pan handle then out in 6 degree weather and see if they so any better because these are really low class individuals and couldn't do the work we do everyday, putting up with slacking losers!Love's Travel Stops

Stopped here for dinner tonight restrooms were pretty clean! Went to the restaurant side ordered some wedges and Sub from Kayla! She was awesome very polite and courteous! Due to a hair dying accident when I was a teenager I'm a little hard of hearing in my right ear and she was very patient with the fact that I could not hear and she had to keep repeating herself. Amazing customer service her smile was bright and comforting. This is not my first encounter with her I have been there before months ago she hasn't changed at all.Love's Travel Stops

I was dropped off here last night on 11-30-22 and when I was outside smok*** around 8a.m. I was told I was loiter***. They don't let homeless people just hang around that I needed to go wait and the dog park in the rain. When I called the store and spoke with the manager he said that I should wait in the dog park as well he didn't call me homeless like the employee did it was employee ****** and manager acquaintance I'm very upset because I'm wait*** on a ride I'm not hold*** a sign like I'm begg*** people I don't know what gave them the thought that I'm homeless and they were very rude. I did not speak to anyone except ****** when she came outside with her attitude. To top it off there are no ashtrays *** the dog park where I was told to sit. I feel your employs should pray more. The devil has them work*** on his side. I've been to a lot of love's and this one in ***** ******* has topped to be the best disrespectful and worst God's Soldier's when it comes to the manager ********** and his employee ******.Love's Travel Stops

1 starThe sanitation and cleanliness routines procedures, and overall MGT of the loves travel store in Santa Rosa nm store #285 to be exact. Needs to be acknowledge and hopefully looked In too with food being served there do not know if it’s poor management or just a complete disregard for one duty or integrity or due diligence but someone needs to have a professional look ,audit , an inspector to eyeball the conditions of that place!!!!!!!Review fromCindy B

Loves -Great Falls exit 277 Thank you for the off leash park for my dog! It was clean and well maintained. Great choices of restaurants and the washrooms were very clean. Loves lie to me about service wait time, causing me to loose $1,300 in earning potential, messed up my 70hr. Work week and the fallowing week of recaps. During the drawn out wait my cat got out of the truck and was ran over.Love's Travel Stops

I stopped at the Loves in **** **** for a tire patch. I asked about the wait time and addressed that I had special needs and could not stay 10+ hrs. They looked at the wait list and said 3hrs. *** wait. After I filled out the service form. They closed the shop for the night. In the morning all the same orders were still sitting while following up, my cat got out of the truck and was ran over. They laughed and told me to have a good night.Review fromKeith G
