  signed contract July of last year and paid a $2,180 deposit to get a sprinkler system installed and the owner Brandon ****** told us he would have it installed in 4 to 6 weeks. at the 6-week mark i tried to contact Brandon several times with no answer. after a few weeks i called from a different number and he answered. told me he would be doing the install in a few weeks. after multiple times trying and several weeks of trying to contact him in the begging of December ho told me he would be at my house that Friday to start and didn't show, late that evening he texted and told me he would be here the following Monday. the following Monday he never showed. a few days later i email texted and called to tell him i wanted my deposit back because he apparently isn't going to do the job. i received a text from him cussing me out, guy has multiple lawsuits against him for the same thing. he is a scam artist.

  Do not use this company. We had excellent work in the past and very pleased. In May 2022 ******* took $760 deposit and never did the work. We made numerous attempts to reach him. We served him personally with a small claims suit and he failed to appear in court to work this out and we took judgment. Still have not heard a word to make any attempt to pay us the money he took.

  Never use precision total management this review should be 0 stars. We paid half of the money to get started in late October which was reasonable. ******* (the owner) then would ask for the rest of the money almost on a daily basis which should have been a red flag. He and his guys did continue to work often to 9:30pm or later which also caused issues. We had a bench built but he didnt comply to what we wanted and then charged us almost twice as much to get the bench how we originally planned (all he did was add an extra seat). When we were close to finishing the project we left him the remaining balance so he could have it before Christmas. Once he got the check we never saw him again. The plants he planted died and nothing was finished completely. Tools, metal, screws, and lumber were all just abandoned. He would hardly respond to calls and texts and always had an excuse. He even threatened my wife for harassment when she was just asking when the work will be complete. He and his company will not return any messages and we are out around 2k in unfinished work. This company and ******* are not trustworthy and people need to know so they arent in my situation out a lot of money and a yard completely unfinished.
