      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Despite our initial agreement, the experience was marred by several issues that resulted in significant delays and additional costs.Initially, the moving team arrived at our home in ***** instead of the designated storage unit in ******. Furthermore, the team consisted of an older man and woman, which seemed inadequate for a 3-bedroom home move. We had packed most of our belongings, but the team's pace was slow, with frequent breaks, including multiple smoke breaks in the U-Haul.Given the hourly rate of $139, I was expecting a more efficient and professional service. After five hours, we decided to go to the new house, as the progress was unsatisfactory. Notably, your company had assured us that you would disassemble and reassemble furniture, including couches and beds. However, this was not done, and we were left to complete these tasks ourselves. They did put the master bed together.BACKWARDS. We had paid a deposit of $154 and an additional $600 on the day of the move. However, the service provided did not meet our expectations. When we brought this to your attention, you offered to deduct only one hour from the total bill as **************** sent the same older man out to move our storage but this time with a young man. The young man was great and they got the entire storage unit loaded, unloaded and a bed put together in 2.5 hours. Thats when he took off the one hour. The owner is a completely unprofessional jerk, as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
