    A Swanson and Son worker came to my home to provide a service, and I strongly believe that his behavior was unprofessional, to say the least. So, I wrote the company in detail about this man's conduct which I found to be abusive, reckless, and the cause of a tremendous degree of stress which lingers to this day. His attitude and behavior would undoubtedly have been offensive to any person regardless of age, gender, or physical capability, but as an elderly disabled woman living alone, I also continue to feel unsafe, so I have omitted specifics about his behavior and the property damage I believe he caused. I asked the company for a refund as partial compensation for having treated me and my door with such disdain, but the response was once again argumentative, unwavering, and indicative of the futility in staying on the phone. When treated respectfully and professionally, I go out of my way to express my gratitude and to publicize my praise for the business whose behavior and service have warranted it. However, when mistreated by someone who enters my home ostensibly to provide a service, my property appears to have been damaged in the process, and I am later accused of not telling the truth about it (I have been careful to limit my discussion to facts and feelings when referencing this business), I am equally motivated to publicize my dissatisfaction.I feel a responsibility and a duty to share my experience with the public so that others can make informed decisions about whether they want to risk being subjected to this kind of disrespectful treatment, poor workmanship, and total unwillingness to take responsibility for any of it, including an unequivocal refusal to even consider any form of compensation for a customer who had gone out of her way to contact them so a remedy could be discussed with the hope that of creating an opportunity for us to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement and bring closure to this very unfortunate series of events.Thank you.
