    Terrible customer service. Not to mention they have had my money for over a month and product still hasnt shipped. I contacted them after 2 weeks and was told to expect a shipping confirmation within the next 5 business days and 10 or so days later no confirmations. I have called multiple times with no answer, I have texted and emailed with minimal contact/effort. I would not recommend this company whatsoever to anyone. Im glad I only spent $350 and not the $600 I was going to.

    Placed an order with total metal innovations on 3/29/2024 for some weld in beadlocks for my jeep offroader. TMI still has not fulfilled my order as of 06/22/24. I have had contact via e-mail and telephone but still nothing ever happens. I was told at one point there was a 7-10 days lead time.... beginning to look late a 7-10 month lead time. I'm not certain at this point that they even plan to completely fulfill my order. I absolutely will not EVER purchase anything from TMI again.

    Entered the giveaway they were doing by purchasing a sticker (which was your entry) in April of 2021. I also bought a hoodie with it. I contacted the company on august of 2021 seeing what was up since my order was still processing. They told me they had been out of the hoodie I ordered since before I ordered it. They offered a refund or said theyd ship it when back in stock. It is now dec of *********************************** email back.
