      This company was recommended to us by our insurance company when we had flooding in our home, and I wish I could go back in time and choose a different one.The restoration should have taken less than 2 weeks (based on a similar project we had done by another company a few years ago), but it took OVER TWO MONTHS.During that time there was little communication other than their frequent demands to be paid in full. We were advised by our insurance company not to pay them until after the work was completed to our satisfaction.Once the job was "completed" and furniture was being moved back into the room, mold was discovered on the wall studs. It was reported to the company by the movers, but the company said it was no big deal and recommended that we just spray it. I'm no expert, but isn't mold on the structure of my home one of the main things meant to be prevented by a restoration company?Also, we ended up having to do the majority of the painting, which they said was not their job.I strongly recommend against using NW Restoration.
