During the routine maintenance of my air conditioning unit last week, the technician, ***, told me the motor was leaking oil.After ordering the parts he was back today and replaced the condenser fan motor and the capacitor.The **** technicians perform the checkups and servicing with professionalism and expertise. They are happy to answer questions and explain if a repair needs to be done like my air conditioner.The office staff is also friendly and helpful when scheduling appointment.My thanks to the **** team, ********Roth Zachry Heating Inc

2 starsI took a chance with **** because they great reviews and I was able to speak with someone on a Sunday. I wanted to use a ****** specialist but our heat went out and we had visitors coming so I went with who I was able to contact. They came on time on Monday morning but the analysis of the problem was only partially correct. The solution was to replace the inducer motor because the bearings were bad,. The bearings seemed fine to me. They wanted $2,522.04 for the repair plus quoted 2 other repairs for a total of over $5,000. They told me that ****** only has proprietary parts and it had to be air shipped from the East Coast. I had a second appointment with ***'s Heating and AC who correctly diagnosed the problem with the indoor motor, the fan blade and broken off. When he took off the motor assembly I noticed it said *************** on it. He had gone out to pick up the part in ****** already but I looked up the part and sure enough it was available and only $150.00. I probably could have changed it out myself but stayed the course and let ***'s finish the repair. They charged me $899 plus the service call. I think it's outrageous what **** was going to charge and said that the part was not available locally. I can't recommend them and why they have a 5 star rating I have no clue.Review fromDenis N

5 stars*** and ***** from **** electric visited my house today and they were just great! Diagnose the problem quickly and an added bonus they were both very pet friendly as I have a house full of animals they gave treats to the dog and cat anyway theyre coming back tomorrow and fix the problem was very happy with this company and hes in electricians.Oh **** overalls were very stylish! 5 stars**** was great! He found a relatively simple repair on my furnace and charged me accordingly. Although not cheap, it could have been much worse. I really appreciated his work and professionalism. **** technicians were very busy, and **** ended up having to come the day after they had originally scheduled my appointment, but it was worth the wait.
