    We bought the 3 in 1 smooth ride combo. Turns out the car seat of fake- it doesn't look anything like the one they are advertising on the website, doesn't have any required stickers on it, no giraffe sticker, manufacturers warning labels etc. the hospital won't let my son leave with the baby in the car seat as it doesn't meet safety requirements. Absolutely DO NOT BUY from this website. These products are fake. Also second what other reviews said about it claiming to be American but based in *********, took 6 weeks to arrive and now it turns out the product is not legit. I sent an email but my guess is this won't get resolved positively.

    This is the worst company ever, do not buy from them. We bought the dual travel companion stroller with portable car seats and it took over one month to arrive. When it did arrive, we found out that the car seats were not compatible with any bases in ************* and when we reached out to happy Gira to discuss this, they let us know that they are not suitable for in vehicles. They were advertised as being car seats. When we let them know this would not work for our needs they said that there was no refunds on products that were not defective. We went back-and-forth with them and claimed that their products were ************* on their website. They finally agreed that we could get a potential refund if and when the products were shipped back to *********, which was where they were distributed from. First of all this company said to US based company in ******. To ship the two boxes back it wouldve been over $500 on an already $1600 product. They completely stopped responding to my husband and I and we now had to purchase a different stroller for our needs. Brutal and sooooo shady! Beware everyone!

    Wouldnt even give them one star. We emailed their customer service team to get help figuring out what size baby gate we should order. They TOLD us exactly what to order. When the order arrived, it turned out their own customer service ***s ********* something youd think you should be able to rely on, was inaccurate they oversold to us. Fine, people make mistakes, but then Happy Gira refused to refund the extra items they had us purchase, so we are out $350 because of an error their customer service team / *** made. Totally unhelpful emails. I am going to try to file a small claim against them in OR.

    This is not an honest "business". They imply that they are ****-based (based in *********, ******) per their website and that their items are manufactured in the **** (also stated directly on their website). Yet the package is shipped from a warehouse in *********. I have no problem with Singaporean products--but I DO have a problem with lack of transparency and dishonesty. I don't trust entities that lie or are shady about the origin of their products. When I asked them about this, they claimed that shipping directly from ********* was to provide "faster delivery" and "better service". First of all, how this makes sense is beyond me. How is shipping from another country going to be "faster delivery" and "better service" than shipping domestically? Second, it didn't address the shadiness of why they didn't make this clear on their website! This was two strikes against them. After these exchanges, I could not trust that their items were thoroughly safety-tested and high-quality like they claimed on their ********** terms of shipping time, the product (a baby gate) was purchased Feb. 18, 2025, and we didn't receive it until March 11, 2025. By that point, we didn't even need the product anymore.When I requested a refund for the above reasons, they said I'd have to open the UNOPENED boxes and take a video of the items. I have never in my life had a business request that I open UNOPENED boxes for returns. I found this completely shady, especially after reading all of the negative reviews and experiences people shared on sites like Trust Pilot/BBB. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable opening these boxes. I wanted to return them exactly as they were delivered to me--unopened.They also said they don't provide return labels. I have never in my life heard of an e-commerce business that doesn't provide return labels.All of the above reasons make me hope that everyone can learn the truth about this "company" and not fall into the trap of buying anything from it.

    Business is a scam- over a month to receive items then sent $400 worth of product in a box SHREDDED broke to pieces box with damaged internal items. They first wouldnt replace item, then made me video removing everything from the broken box, then tried to refuse replacing damaged items, then asked us to send to *********- If this is a company out of ****** why is the return going to *********?

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered their Baby Bassinet for Newborns, it took almost 1 month to arrive and upon unboxing it found that it was defective. The folding legs which came pre attached were in the wrong position making the product unusable. I followed all protocols (sending video and photos) within the required time period to show that the Bassinet was defective, hoping for a replacement. I received one response suggesting I try to fix it myself, which was impossible as the legs had been riveted on in the factory. I emailed the company everyday and have been completely ignored. The product is flimsy and cheaply made I would not put a newborn baby in this. This company has no contact phone number and upon searching their address find that it is linked to a website design company. I would avoid Happy Gira at all costs

    Do Not Buy ***************** I ordered the wrong size playpen by mistake. It took one month to receive the product. I emailed about returning the playpen for a refund as I had already placed an order for the correct size. Their customer service took days to reply and when they did I was told if there were no defects they would not accept a return. Ive never heard of a company not accepting a return. Very disappointing and unethical. On top of it the product is cheaply made junk that I would never put a child in. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
