      This company stole my money through charging me a yearly fee on the card and then closing my account 4 months later claiming fraud. They said they sent a letter out for me to send them a copy of my id. This never happened, I am on paperless also and not one email, phone call, message about any of this. I will never use them again. Do not use this company! Its not worth it.

      I recently applied for a card that states that the card can be used immediately upon approval and once your identity has been verified the card can be uploaded to your wallet. The app was seriously flawed. First, Chrome has to be used as the browser, but then the app is difficult to use. It took multiple times to have my ID accepted. It was finally accepted but then I received a message saying that my identity couldnt be verified, so I was not able to use the card immediately which was why I applied for it in the first place. I called customer service and there was nothing they could do and said it was the system. This is false advertising and it concerns me that I uploaded my identification and yet, I wasnt able to access my own account. The whole point was to have access to my card the same day. I wont need the card in 14 days.

      I paid my bill only for them to hold up my available balance for almost two weeks, never had a reversed payment or anything on my account. I will be closing soon because the representatives are horrible and arent helpful.

      I was swindled into getting this card through credit karma after applying they sent me a card in the mail and I got it and haven't been able to use it. Upon calling them they tell me I need to upload my ID to verify my identity, okay fine no problem I uploaded it and here it is over a week later now 3 weeks since receiving my card and I can't even use it. On top of that they just take 125$ out for a yearly fee which is wild to me. Can't even use the card and they take money out. Stay far away from these guys, I wish I saw the 1 star rating before jumping in head first!

      For the Hone Depot "home improver" card is OK except that how every other issuer has a ****** period" except for these guys. I would have given them at least 2 stars except that they charge $45 ($4.00/mo) for annual fee; and when it was Genesis F.S. Card Services when I was in a deep debt they kept harassing me like every other day.

      I appreciate them giving me credit.The problem I have is they took my money from my Chase *********************** when I paid my card off. Now I have over $600.00 in limbo. I need my money for my bills. I am pi##"d! I now have to reevaluate if I should keep this credit card. Unprofessional. They are creating problems doing this.

      I give this so-called credit card the worst attempt as an organized crime syndicate!!!From the very beginning I could not access my credit card online saying my information did not exist (1st RED FLAG) then proceeding with a phone call, sending me a link to a entirely different App than what was on the credit card (2nd RED FLAG)At this time Im frustrated and 100% skeptical so I decide I will not activate my credit card. A month later I received a statement with a $75 FEE CHARGE!!! How you may ask??? My question exactly! Now Im absolutely certain this is a scam and call customer service and escalated to a Superior Supervisor who agrees to close account (THAT WAS NEVER ACTIVATED) and clearly wrote off the $75 Annual Fee charge for a $300 credit limit, that alone is hilarious AND THERES ALWAYS AN AND now look up my Experian account and see a report from Milestone aka fraud/Concora Credit for a $75 charge! Lord, let me tell you guys Im not playing with my credit score nor shall there be any misinformation regarding it. Naturally I file a dispute through ********** and dispute resolution came back as UNKNOWN wow please do not ever get involved with this garbage and please be aware it was presented on Credit Karma which I realize has no affiliation however I trust Credit Karma so this was a disappointment to say the least.

      I was approved for an Indigo Mastercard and after I received it, I changed my address because I had just moved a week prior. I had the card in my possession about 2 weeks, went to use it and it was declined. I called them and they stated it has been blocked due to fraud because I changed my address. They requested proof of address to be sent to them and stated once received they would review the documents sent and I would be mailed something with a decision on if it would be activated again. I provided proof of my lease to my home and gas bill which have my new address on it. They keep telling me over and over theyre reviewing the documents. Now theyve changed me $9.95 which theyve removed from the balance stating that its the monthly fee and I havent been able to use the card.

      I needed to update my mailing address and requested a new card, as my original card was never forwarded to my new address. A customer service agent updated my information without issue and confirmed that a new card would be sent.After receiving and activating the replacement card, I discovered it was repeatedly declined. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that a block had been placed on my card due to the address change. I complied with their request to upload ID verification at *********************************. They stated it would take 23 hours to receive the documents and up to two weeks to process them.I find it unreasonable that processing a photo ID could take up to two weeks, especially when Im unable to access my account during that time.I followed up the next daywell beyond the 23 hour timeframeonly to be told my documents were never received. I was asked to upload them again and restart the waiting process.Ive never dealt with a financial institution that couldnt verify basic information over the phone or required such an excessive processing time. I'm now concerned that my personal information is being held without any intention of resolving the issue. To make matters worse, my account usage fee is due, but Im still unable to use my card.

      This card is the best one that I've had so far. Still getting use to the service but so far so GREAT !
