      The worst company to finance ever. They first lied about my payment amount when I got my floors then they raised my interest rate out of no where. I have never heard of this. I will never get anything els from them.

      I haven't used my card in 2 years. It only has a $300 limit. I just noticed I'm being charged $3.00 monthly fee in addition to a $38.00 annual fee that was just paid. There is no option to cancel the account online.

      Constantly sending me email multiple times a day. No way to unsubscribe. I dont subscribe in the first place. This is harassment.

      THE WORST OF THE WORST CREDIT LINE EVER!!! THE INTERST IS RIDICULOUS NOT TO MENTION THEY CHARGE YOU EVERY MONTH $4.95 FOR A "SERVICE FEE" JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM! GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY DEVILS!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE COULDN'T EVEN EXPLAIN THE MONTHLY SERVICE FEE UNTIL AFTER PUTTING ME ON HOLD, THEN IM TOLD THE MONTHLY FEE IS BECAUSE I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, UNBELIEVABLE $4.95 A MONTH PLUS RIDICULOUS INTEREST JUST TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. IF YOU WANT TO PAY 10X THE AMOUNT IF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE GO FOR IT, IF NOT YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

      AWFUL!!!! I had a zero balance for about 5 months, when I went to make a purchase I was declined, no big deal.........I called the company and the gentleman asked me a few questions and said I was "all set to purchase." So, I returned to the store and went to the counter again, just to get declined again. I called back and again I ws asked some questions, except this time the person asking the questions barely spoke English. She literally had to spell the words out because she didn't know how to say them, it was very uncomfortable and messy. So, after about ************************** broken English, the woman proceeds to tell me," we can't confirm your identity, you will not be able to use your card." So because of the incompetence of the company and employee, I looked like a fool and I lost out on that one of a kind item. I called back to speak with a manager, I would have been better off saving the energy that it took to make the call. She was absolutely USELESS!!!!!1.

      Worst Financial institution. They lock your account as soon as you activate it and lie to you about the duration of the lockout. I was told 2 weeks by a few representatives and I was told 5-7 days by a few others, all within hours apart. I guess it all depends on who answers the phone. They are completely helpless followed by insincere apologies. Nobody seems to know anything when you contact them. All you get is an excuse. Either way, their whole system is inconvenient. Why have business with them if you cant use it? Others beware!

      If I could leave Concora Credit zero stars, I would. After charging double payments on my Milestone, Destiny, and Indigo cards totaling over $3,000, they decided to put blocks on my cards when I asked them to reverse the extra payments. They have a department available that can lift the hold after verifying your identity, yet they insist you upload your driver's license to their portal so they can take 2 weeks to remove it. Terrible company, terrible policies. I do not recommend. Get a card anywhere else put here.

      This is got to be the worst business Ive ever seen. They wont let me pay my credit card. Theyre blocking me from doing that so they can get interest. *** even paid it over the phone and they pretended to take my routing number and my account number and still did not pay it.. Awful
