Worst company ever to deal with. They are fraudulent, decided to disable my account without any notification and now I can't access funds that I already earned. Came back with the excuse saying my activities seem suspicious because I placed multiple orders from same merchant between the month of Aug to Nov. How is that suspicious because I like to shop? Proceeded to asked me for shipping confirmation for these 5 orders and when screenshot the order confirmation from my account. It wasn't good enough, stated I needed the actual email confirmation. From 3 months ago? What a joke of a company. Stay away from them, the only reason I bother with this company was because the merchant I frequently brought from, they offered 2% higher. Not worth the stress and the unprofessional customer service.RebatesMe LLC

1 starThis was the worst experience. I didn't get any cashback about my purchase + I left a review in other website and what they did was trying to make my review dumb and not true. When I originally made a purchase, nothing happened, so I contacted the customer service through their website not sending email to 'donotreply' account. No response and nothing got fixed, so after 1 month, I asked to remove my account. I got response immediately within few hours. When I left reviews in different website review site, somebody started to response and throw random stuffs (1) "Oh, you bought stuff yesterday so you cannot get cash back" WHEN I purchased the item more than a month ago.(2) "You should not reply to email what you received, you should use our link or this email address" WHEN I used their web interface to contact them about my issue and got confirmation email that they received my request. And of course no answer since they don't want to even investigate to pay me. (3) "You should join our website first before making purchase, that's why you didn't get your cash back" - Total BS. In the review I made typo saying the date off 2 days and yes they need to get this and oh you see you are the dumb customer and didn't follow the rule. This is the worst cash back website I've ever used + customer services are just full of idiots who cannot understand anything and just say random stuffs not to be responsible for anything. I do not expect anything resolved anymore, I just hope people will not even waste their time and effort to use this website. There are plenty good and stable cash back websites.Review fromHa H
