The promote free static QR codes and free trial on dynamic codes, but when you register for a static QR code, it automatically sets up a dynamic one. I had tried to create a static code for my wedding invitations, but then got a notice (after they were sent out) that it was deactivated unless I paid a fee. I reached out to their customer service and was offered a $50 buyout or $35 monthly. I opted the $50 one time payment and thought it was done. Then, in the months of planning a wedding and starting graduate school, i didn't notice that they continued to collect $35 off my account monthly. Nearly a year later I noticed the charge and brought it to their attention thinking it was a technical error. After a few emails back and forth, they refused to reimburse beyond the most recent three months. I tried to work it out with them but they started ignoring me.

This company is a SCAM. In no way shape or form do they indicate to you your QR is on a timer until you sign up for a bogus ripoff 35 a month subscription, or they DEACTIVATE your codes. I made a print purchase with the QR printed on it over 100 times and now none of them work. This company should be investigated.

You think you're signing up for a free account, but they've tricked you, and you actually unknowingly signed up for a 7-day free trial. If you don't pay them exorbitant amounts of money, the QR codes you made will be de-activated, so if you already printed or published anything with it, you'll now have to start all over.

This type of business shouldn't be legal.

Agree with everything horrible written about these guys already. They tell you the code is free, but after a couple of weeks they turn it off and try to force you to pay for a pricey subscription. There are so many free QR code generators, I didnt even think this was possible. This is the most underhanded scam Ive come across. To give you just enough time to think your code works and print and distribute what you used it on, then to try and hold your hostage after its all done.

This business advertises free QR codes to get you to sign up and make yours. Once you do without your knowledge they begin a 7 day free trial. When you try it out it works great so you get it on your business cards or whatever. When you go to try it later you realize it doesnt work and they ask you for $35/month. Then if you message them they instantly copy and paste a response, and with no questions asked they drop the price to $12/month. I refuse to pay a ****** on a QR code but am now out several hundred in business cards and other items that are useless due to this scamming fraudulent business.
