I purchased a vehicle from Beaverton Infiniti and encountered several deceptive practices that violate the Unlawful Trade Practices Act (UTPA). The dishonesty I experienced relates to both the warranty and pre-existing damage on the vehicle.**** *******, the salesperson, assured me and my witness that the warranty I purchased would cover major mechanical issues. Two weeks later, I discovered that he had misrepresented the warranty, which did not cover the issues promised. Although I canceled the warranty and received a refund, I would not have purchased the vehicle if I had been informed. This falls under the ****'s definition of knowingly taking advantage of a customers ignorance. I now face a $2,000 to $4,000 repair bill for an issue that **** misrepresented. The dealership also concealed pre-existing damage on the vehicle by hiding it under a dealer badge. I requested that the badge be removed before the sale to check for damage. The dealership refused but provided an *** to remove it afterward. When they removed the badge, significant paint damage was revealed. As a professional auto detailer, I confirm that a decal applied two months earlier would not typically cause this damage during removal. Their concealment of this defect which devalued the car by $1,500 to $2,000 violates the ***** specifically failing to disclose any known material defect at the time of delivery. Their poor repair attempt resulted in overspray and orange peel, leaving me with a $926.40 bill. After posting a negative review about my experience, Beaverton Infiniti retaliated by blocking my calls and refusing to finalize my title and registration paperwork. Six months later, I still have no title or registration and face financial consequences, including losing a refinancing opportunity with ***********. This has caused ongoing financial strain.Beaverton Infiniti has caused significant harm, and their deceptive practices and lack of integrity should be a warning to others.

Very unethical by advertising pricing on their own website and will not honor those publicized details. Price changing throughout process.
