      I promise you in my experience Maintenance work has taken several months and many time, yes many times tenants would have several companies knocking on your door and Alpine DOESNT notify tenants about companies coming to check the issue and after that you Don't hear from yhe company nor Alpine or maintenance and tenants just have to learn to live with it or beg Alpine to get things fixed. Time consuming and frustrated not a healthy environment to live in: dead rats in your home, and rats just running in the middle of the day or night. I can go on with complaints. Even with hood credit, tenants will have to pay high down payment. Thank you for reading these lines

      Alpine doesn't care about their tenants. First they say they will fix ut, then tenants wait several weeks or months and Alpine group doesn't care athen tell you they won't fix it because the owner did not approve. Tenants better follow their lease but alpine would do what they want to tenants. Trust me, they just want your big deposit and you have to live by what ** needs to be fixed.
