    4-27-22 signed landscape design agreement, was told by ********************* (consultant and designer) nothing would be done until it was signed 5-31-22 site visit discussing $5,000 budget with lead designer 7-29-22 received proposed design with nothing priced out and asked to approve in order to see prices 8-11-22 ****** came to my residence with ~$19k proposal, told him it was extremely out of budget, he said he would restructure and bring closer to initially requested $5k budget. Also was extremely rude when I told him it was out of budget, said things like "you have the equity in your home" and "the lead designer doesn't know anything about prices"8-12-22 ****** emailed revised proposal of ~$16k 8-12-22 Emailed ****** back that it was still completely out of budget and that I would need to hold off on project 8-15-22 ****** left me a voicemail admitting he found my initial request with the specified $5,000 budget 8-19-22 Received emailed invoice for services rendered for $923 ($455 was for redesigning to bring down to initial budget, which did not take place as it was 3x requested budget) with 8-26-22 due date 8-22-22 Sent email to ******, lead designer, and ******************************* asking for reassessment of design ($455) to be waved since it was still incredibly out of initially requested budget 8-29-22 Received invoice again with late fee attached, still no response about waiving anything and no communication. Responded to ************************************* asking again for reassessment 8-31-22 Still no communication, paid invoice to avoid late fees
