    This is ********************** son. I enter text, emails, and there form no where did it say she had to have 3 times here rent. They had her pay $45 for application fee, $25 pet fee, then said she had to have 3 times her rent after they had her pay. They should have been up front at the beginning. Before they had her pay fees. She has the money for the rent but, I feel as her son they are taking advantage of people especially elderly. They have many apartments available with no one in them and I feel this might be a continuing issue. I appreciate your time and if you can help I thank you. Are elderly need more help and not taken advantage of. I am *************************** her son you can call me as well if needed ************.
