    This Company is the worst to be having to deal with as managing the property I currently rent from. I have lived her 7 years and never had a problem. This ** took over and tries to manipulate every single text and or message through portal that I have sent. They sent a drunk plumber to my home and charged me 400 for something that was not fixed. Never called to see how the issue was resolved never communicated with me about anything. Because I am paying this plumbing bill I requested a copy of invoice and they cannot provide such document. I asked them to contact plumbing ** about all the issues and the tech that should have never been let into my home smelling of alcohol the way he did. I need MBPM to take some responsibility for this mess. I have missed 3 days of work. No water to use to do laundry and dishwasher. I want reimbursed for these days I missed. I will not pay another ***** until I se proof. until 1) I receive an invoice 2} plumbing is still messed up.
