      Three years ago we had Deschutes Roofing & Insulation check our roof and the sales person looked at it throughly and said it had two to three more years on it. Fast forward to this year. We had two roofing companies come and evaluate again and sure enough they all agreed it needed replacing. DR&I gave us a quote and with their great reputation and senior discount we had them do it. The crew was not only efficient, kind, and knowledgable, they were nothing short of AMAZING! The crew of 8 men began at 6:45am and were finished before noon! We and our neighbors were impressed how organized, orchestrated, hard working and fast they were. We highly recommend them.

      Deschutes Roofing did a beautiful job on my new roof. I had 3 layers of old roofing and they did an amazing job with the clean up as well. They were very professional and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and concerns.

      They are fast and efficient with a very organized company, from estimate to scheduling, installation and inspection. They used drip cloths so there was little to no trash/nails/shingles left after they tore off my old roof and communication and getting ahold of them was always east.

      Deschutes Roofing came out on September of 2022 to replace my roof. During delivery of material, Deschutes Roofing broke my sidewalk, placing only a cone over the hole. After the roofing job was completed, the cone remained, but the hole was never filled leaving a safety hazard on my property. Final inspection was never scheduled. A month later, another delivery driver removes the cone from my sidewalk while delivering material for a neighbor's job. After calling Deschutes Roofing, only then did final inspection occur, and I was assured my sidewalk would be repaired.11 months later, my sidewalk has not been repaired. Deschutes Roofing fails to return any of my inquiries on when my sidewalk will be replaced.

      Deschutes Roofing did a great job installing roof. Efficient and very kind. And competitive pricing. They were done in way less time other companies did many roofs in our neighborhood and cleaned up perfectly.
