    .BEWARE OF REFUND POLICY.This all started Feb 11th. I made a deal with ****************** to have a custom transmission built. He sent me the invoice and I made half the payment as requested for $1700. I was told the build would take 4 weeks. After that time passed I contacted ****************** on Mar 14th and was told he was held up due to parts delay, so I gave him more time. Contacted him again Mar 28th and was told he had a bad ear infection so I gave him more time. Contacted him again Apr 14th and was told he was way behind because of the ear infection so I gave him even more time. Contacted him again Apr 29th and got a bunch of excuses about having yard work to do and other person stuff that had nothing to do with the job I paid him to do.Come May 1st, 11 weeks later, I decided I had given ****************** more than enough time and contacted him to cancel the order.According to ****************** he was unable to refund my money at that time do to his account being hacked and needing to sort things out. So being an understanding man that I am I allowed ****************** additional time to get things sorted out.Then ****************** tried to say there would be a restocking fee due. This is something that was not listed in the invoice and he failed to mention before making our deal. Adding it in when he felt it was convenient for him was illegal. Plus a restocking fee implies there was something pulled off the shelf and sent to me, then I sent it back. But nothing was ever sent to me. He never finished my build.So after feeling like my money was being held hostage I filed a dispute through Paypal for my refund. I communicated with ****************** once again on the 25th of June. I simply asked him for a date as to when I should expect my refund and was blown off.****** recently closed the case in my favor and force refunded my money which finally hit my account June 29th, almost 2 full months after asking for a refund.
