    This is easily the worst "service" ever! I have set auto pay up 4 times now and I continue to receive messages from this company that I haven't paid for my garbage service. I have reported this place numerous times but have had no luck. If I could give less than a one rating I certainly would. Crappy service, no assistance possible. I would rather drown in my garbage than attempt any conversation with these people. If you have ANY choice, use someone else. ************** Zero customer service

    I have been paying the **** for the past 11 years at my residence, yet they refuse to speak to me any time I have a question because my deceased father's name is still on it (even though my online account is in my name). They have no problem charging me fees for additional debris, when I didn't have any and when they've repeatedly not fully emptied the bins, and taking my money for the past ************************************************************************ but they have spoken to me in the past with no issues, but I guess it depends on the day or who I speak to whether or not they'll speak to me. I'm not sure if this review makes any difference at all, but I'm hoping someone at the company will see it and care enough to make an effort to fix things.
