      ******************* ignored my request for a maintenance call about the water heater. I had a appointment for the caulk around the bathtub to be removed, cleaned and re caulked. (There is mold that is pretty hard to get rid of) Maintenance didnt come because of a emergency elsewhere. My complaint is not sending one person to fix this. The company is also scamming me from a ex roommate living with me, opened a storage unit, she moved out and left the item in storage and held me accountable. I took the item out and closed the storage unit, expecting a refund but Umbrella properties came back and said her living her was never an existence when she did sign a lease! Horrible company to rent from!

      **************************************** 11th and ******************************* 7/15/2023 My wife and I arrived at your business to help my son move out of some of the storage units he has at your business. Arriving found several vehicles outside and no one could get in/out of the facility and most all of us calling every number we could but was told the Manager and back up person is out of town and are not answering voice mails.After 2 hrs after the group of 5 inside your facility had finished loading and after multiple calls to police and numbers found at the storage gate etc. Told if I cannot get them out then will have to take the chain off the fence to let them out. Told The manager is a bulldog and would not tolerate Vandalism and that someone at one time slide under the fence now a speed bump was put up in that place and they were prosecuted. I explained that this was different, and they have been trapped inside for 2 hrs in 99 degree weather. **** as long as I can be provide food and water nothing can be done and that someone would return on Monday Seriously??? Had this been 5 family and friends were adults: was a little more patient then had one of my younger grandkids been locked inside as could have been, then you would have had a real problem! Finally, a representative from umbrellas properties can and was frustrated that the management would not give them the door code etc. and this stuff happens all the time. Manager finally showed "I don't appreciate getting woke up on my day off and no one is trapped inside as well as once a month the gate not opening is hardly all the time". Calling the main office after a day of busy signals the manager states: There are two sides to every story, the problem is taken care of so end of discussion and no you can't talk to an owner/director as no company would let you." No where sorry...Only more insult and attitude. How in the world is this company in business treating people like dirt and neglecting safety concerns!!!
