    Hello, I have an auto loan with Oregon state credit union . My payments are automatically withdrawn I have an extremely busy work schedule. Apparently i had a laps in insurance in 2023 which I was unaware of. I was going back and forth with this company trying to resolve this . They charge me $600.00 for gap insurance I wanted proof that my insurance lapsed. They added the $600 to my payments and repossessed my car and reported late payments on my credit. I never missed a payment and Im never late. They towed my car to a very drug infested part of town to a tow company that is cash only named Collateral Recovery horrible place it should be condemned very shady business.Oregon state credit card noon act helpfully but are illegally changing my car payments and supporting false claims. Im working on a lawyer now to take this to the next level very bad business.

    I had financed a 2019 Mini ****** with Oregon State Credit union. Recently I traded in the vehicle and it was paid off by ************* of Oregon City. An extra car payment was taken out of my checking account while the car was still being paid off by the ****** dealership. I talked with an agent from Oregon State Credit Union and they Said that a refund for the over payment would be issued and I was told that it would be overnighted and that it would cost me $15 to do so. I agreed to pay the $15 do receive an expedited check with tracking. It has been several weeks and I still have not heard anything from Oregon State Credit union or received my refund check for the extra car payment for the 2019 Mini ****** that no longer own.

    On March 6th, 2023, I paid off my auto loan for a **** Focus to Oregon State Credit Union (account ***********. I have not missed a payment.By ***, I had still not received my car title. I called OSCU, and was told the title would be mailed to me. I received a Statement of *****************, signed by a manager named ******* (*******? Swaseri?), but not the car title.I called again on July 5th, speaking to ***, who assured me that I just needed to take the Statement of Lien Satisfaction to the Oregon *** to get my title. Transfers of titles cost a few dollars. The *** told me a replacement title would cost over a hundred dollars. The *** advised me not to pay for a replacement, if I had not yet received the car title from the original owner. I explained it was from a credit union, and they said, "especially so."On July 26, I talked with *****, a loan specialist, and I quoted the ***. She said the title was already mailed, and could only offer the explanation "it could have been stolen." This is extremely strange, as I have a locked mailbox, with the same address, and I have received every monthly account update from OSCU over several years. I asked how it was shipped, and ***** said, "just regular flat-rate mail." I asked if she could look into what went wrong or where it ended up. Again, "we mailed it."On **** **** from OSCU contacted me. She confirmed there was no way to tracking number on the lost title, and that OSCU had no responsibility for it once it was mailed.OSCU is cutting costs through shipping, and now I have to pay an extra $100. I have paid OSCU $5000 for an item. They have not fully delivered the promised item. They will not look into any problems that could have caused this. I would like them to find out what happened to the car title, mail me a replacement, or cover the costs of a replacement fee.

    07/14/2023 is the date of the notice They are trying to charge me for a loan but I never took a loan out with them

    **** continued to withdraw money from my account after my insurance company paid the vehicle off.They have yet to return $400.00 that they knowingly withdrew from my US Bank account after the **** account was closed. This is fraudulent theft.

    I had a car loan with them and it was 365 a month. For some reason my car got towed and they say I owe ****, due to them never getting my insurance put threw on time and never called me to tell me I need to fill another form out to change the amount I get owed each month. They werent any help. Never once said anything. Now my car is towed and Ive been told I have to wait days until the right people are in to help me figure it out.

    On Feb 7th 2022 an unauthorized amount of $4,999 was added to my loan balance without my consent and my monthly payments were raised without written consent from $627 to over $1000, which would have created a new contract or amount financed without knowledge or acceptance. Under 15 U.S. Code ****- Determination of finance charge, (A-5)Examples of charges which are included in the finance charge include any of the following types of charges which are applicable: (5)Premium or other charge for any guarantee or insurance protecting the creditor against the obligors default or other credit loss. Please remove this amount and any late payments reported to the credit bureaus immediately!
