    I was in the Corvallis branch when the branch manager starting crying right in front of me. Concerned for this person I asked what was wrong. What was shared with me was the abusive pattern of behavior of the director of this branch. When I asked to speak with him that very abuse was unfurled at me and I was shocked by his absence of ethics, professionalism, and character. Then this director cut me off from transactions and my accounts at OSCU. Use this community financial institution only if you don't care about how employees and customers are treated and if you believe financial directors should line their own pockets while diminishing the security, safety and trust in a community. I join with all the others who review this ***** excuse for a financial institution in leaving a one-star review. I would give it a negative star if that was possible.

    I had previously maintained a banking relationship with this institution and found their services to be satisfactory. However, I experienced a breach of privacy as the tellers would communicate with me via text messages about both my own and my family members' accounts. This mode of communication was not secure and had the potential to compromise confidentiality.
