I order from this company 2 months ago and it seems MANY people as well ordered and have still not received their orders. The company continues to sell products and send promotional emails and does not respond to emails inquires regarding our products.Initial Complaint

On March 15, 2025 I ordered a product from Inked Gaming and two months have passed without receiving the product. One month into waiting I sent an email asking about where the product was and that I would cancel my order if they did not reply, Inked Gaming replied On April *************************************************** ***** days. My wife ordered a mouse pad in January of 2025 with the expectation, based on the website, that it would be delivered fairly quickly. At this point, I have been told by the support *** back in March, that my order would ship on the week of April 14th and they would personally reach out to me if that should change. It is now the week of April 14th and I have not heard from the ***. I tried to submit an inquiry online and via email and I am getting no response. I want the truth about when products will ship and a response from the support team to at least acknowledge my order and it's shipping date. On Saturday, March 1, I decided to buy a mouse pad from a company named Inked Gaming, order #****** total of $21.24. When I bought the mouse pad, I saw the orders would take up to 15 business days to ship. I waited up to those 15 days and checked their website to check their shipping policy again to make sure when they would ship the product. I then saw a note on their website saying, and I quote, we are experiencing shipping delays and working to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. After I saw that, I waited a few days to see if they would ship my order. I then emailed them on March 25 to check on the status of my order. I waited a few days for a response and never heard back. On March 28, I sent an email to the company asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. They also never responded to that email. On April 1, I went to the website and used their website chat to see if I could get in contact with somebody from their company, and I also got no response. I have tried 3 different times now to get in contact with this company to check the status of my order and have not been able to reach them. I now would like to cancel my order and get a full refund.Customer Answer

Everybody who has ever placed an order since October of 2024 has not received their orders from this company. Literally everybody. The company has apologized to people via mass email messages but has yet to issue refunds or cancel orders. To make things worse they don't tell new potential customers about this massive issue and are still posting ads and promotional posts, as well as deals like buy 2 get one free. They're getting away with robbing people and have made thousands and thousands of dollars without actually making product for the customers. They shouldn't be allowed to take a dime of people's money without first fixing/making amends with all of their previous customers who are ****** off.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company and my order was placed on Dec. 2nd. It was stated in the order that it would take 5-12 business days before the order would be processed and shipped. I was given an order number following my purchase in a follow up email and since then have not heard a word from the company. They dont respond to emails, phone lines almost never get through, and their ceo posted on their social media that they were experiencing a lot of orders and to be patient. That was 3 weeks ago, and I still havent so much as received an email from the company concerning a timeline of my products shipping or anything. They are still running ads for 2 for 1 deals and advertising and their comment sections are filled with angry customers with the same issue as mine. I want them to contact me with information about my order or refund my purchase as it is far past the holidays when the order was intended for.Initial Complaint

On November of last year I ordered 3 gaming mats from this company, I have received 1 of the 3 its now January 2025 and still havent received the other 2 and the only way to get ahold of them is through email which they dont answer and its ridiculous and the one time they sent a email back it was a automated one, I tried multiple avenues including texts and messages on their business page on Instagram and still nothing.Initial Complaint

On November 23rd, 2024 I paid Inked Gaming $41.44 for a playmat. The expected delivery date was December 18th, and it is now January 7th and I haven't heard anything. The order is lister as "unfulfilled" online. When I contacted customer service I was met with a copy/paste, automatic response. I am not looking for a refund, simply the product I ordered.
