    24 business days, order not shipped. No response to email I sent 4 days ago to cancel my order and request a refund. Save yourself time and money because this business stinks of fraud. I will dispute my transaction and escalate if needed.

    Ordered in January 2025 when shipping was expected to be 2 weeks. 2 MONTHS later and CEO puts out a video explaining a system issue causing a significant delay. 2 Months after that, still no order, company releases new "commitment" on top of promoting a new sale (not a good look with unfulfilled orders still). 1 Month later (5 months total now) still no order, no contact about my specific order and company still promoting new sales to my inbox while my order has still not been fulfilled.

    Place my order over a month ago, and the website claims 5-12 shipping. When I asked the customer support about my order they are telling me it takes up to 20 business days to prepare the order. I am now on the 22nd business with no update or tracking number for my order.

    They messed up on my order and are refusing me a refund or a replacement while also being told I would only get a 50% refund.
