    We hired Innovative *********** in December 2024, based on our realtor's recommendation. Our recently purchased house needed updates, such as new appliances, and renovation of floors, master bath, and kitchen. The house had not been properly maintained for quite a while.After five plus months of work, and three missed completion dates, the photos attached were taken when (1) we ended the project, and (2) we moved into the property. June 6, 2025, was the 3rd missed completion date, ending the engagement.We paid fairly for the work that resulted in usable outcomes. We have now spent $10,000 plus to fix/repair problems. The contractor told us he was licensed, and we should have checked. Glad to have this mess in the rear-view mirror.
