      I wish I would have seen these reviews before I got SCAMMED. If I could give them a zero I would. This company is a total sham. You will order their backpack and it wont arrive and you will get a line of BS every time you contact their number. They use an answering service so you dont even talk to anyone at the company probably because its a bogus company. I would not buy anything from them.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ??

      Tried to unsubscribe after reading the reviews here and the site is blocked my Nortons antivirus, appears you can't unsub and if you order you get screwed to.Loose / Loose situation here, happy I always check reviews before getting anything "Free".Thanks all for reviews and BBB

      Its a scam. That free backpack only results in future $98.00 subscription that you never agree to. Should have checked here before ordering. Seems like everyone is dealing with this same issue.

      A free backpack scam resulted in multiple $98.00 posted against my account. The free bag $14.99 "Shipping charge" was never received. Filed a complaint with the *** for scam.

      Totally agree with all who have posted. My experience is the same as the rest of you. There is not enough space to describe my situation in detail, so I will summarize. I ordered this backpack on Feb 12 2023, It is now July 16 2023, and no product delivered. I have wasted so much time trying to get my bag from these shysters. Have made dozens of calls, have sent dozens of emails. First was told 5 to 7 weeks delivery. After 8 weeks I called to inquire why i have not received my product. I was told it would be an additional 30 to 90 days due to "supply chain issues". after the "additional 90 days" I called back again, only to be told it would be an additional 30 to 90 days! I do business with ***** every day, and can tell you this is total BS! Even on the slow boat, shipments will arrive from ***** in 3 to 4 weeks. I called again and was told a replacement would be shipped right away (they claimed the order was sent, but I have a Ring doorbell that records all activity on my front porch, and there was never a delivery of any kind). I talked with numerous persons to resolve, and most had the same story. I normally talked with front line workers, but recently talked with a "manager" named ****. He stated that my order was cancelled. He stated that the $19.95 payment was only a deposit to cover printing a shipping label, and that I didn't make two additional payments of $98 for the cost of the bag. He further stated that this "deposit" was non-refundable. I sent pictures of their website to CS, and nowhere does it state that there are additional payments required. Of course, they didn't respond. **** even sated that since this length of time has happened that he couldn't refund my purchase. I explained to him that I have been trying to resolve this for MONTHS, and it is the companies for not sending my purchase, never the less respond to my phone calls or emails. A person shouldn't have to work so hard to get something they have already paid for. PISSED!

      Complete scam. Ordered one of their "free" go bags back in Sept 16, 2022 and paid $17.90 for shipping/handling. Have made numerous calls and the last one I made (1-23-23) they said they "red flagged" my order because I still haven't received it. Keep asking for refund and because I only paid shipping and handling for it, they said they can't refund that. What a bs line. Any reputable company would have. Don't fall for this company. Complete and total scam.

      Absolutely a scam. When you get an excuse for why you're not receiving the "free" order you paid shipping on - just tell them to refund your money. Otherwise, 4 months later you'll still be getting worthless promises that it'll come in just a few more weeks.

      Scam, ordered the bag beginning of April. 2 weeks later and nothing. Now a $98 membership fee popped up on my card, I reported it.
