  his is definitely a scam; ordered the go-bag and flag patch and am still waiting for the items. Interestingly, they had no problem charging my credit card. I called several times for an update - I in fact just got off the phone with them once again to cancel my order and get a full refund; I was told that it was a matter of policy that they do not give refunds (even though they in fact do, since I had them refund a $97 subscription that I never ordered back in the beginning of all of this), and that my bag should arrive in the next five to seven weeks. I have contacted my credit card company to alert them of this scam company

  Ordered, paid for shipping, and was charged for a membership that I didnt order on March 29, 2022! Just recently called AGAIN and the only response I could get was another bag will be shipped out in 4-6 weeks!Whatever you do, DONT be scammed like the rest of us!!

  Misleading emails and website. Nowhere did it tell me that I would be paying $98/** for a subscription. Terrible service and still havent received items. I called customer service multiple times and finally got the subscription cancelled. 1 star is still too much.

  *************** I ordered a "free" Go Bag for $14/95 shipping and handling. More than a month later it hadn't arrived. Called the company and it hadn't even shipped when they had already sent me and email that it would ship within 1-3 business days. Then I saw an additional $98 charge from this business on my credit card statement. I called them and was told it was some kind of "subscription" and I must not have seen that in the terms and conditions. I reamed them out royally over the phone and my $98 is supposedly being credited back to me. They also cancelled my original order, the Go Bag, but that email made no reference as to whether I was being credited the $14.95. *************

  This is definitely a scam; if I could provide zero stars, I would. I ordered the go-bag and flag patch for $19.95 back on 8/4/22 and am still waiting for the items. Interestingly, they had no problem charging my credit card. I called several times for an update - I even spoke to an office manager named ***** who apologized profusely for the delays, said my order is enroute, and that he would also send me a complimentary tactical bag that would arrive "within a week or two" for my inconvenience. It is now 10/3/22 and I am still waiting. I in fact just got off the phone with them once again to cancel my order and get a full refund; I was told that it was a matter of policy that they do not give refunds (even though they in fact do, since I had them refund a $97 subscription that I never ordered back in the beginning of all of this), and that my bag should arrive in the next three to four weeks. I will be contacting my credit card company to alert them of this scam company and will take whatever steps I need to take to resolve this issue.

  Scam. I paid the shipping cost for the free bag.. next thing i know their trying to charge me $98 for a membership that I unmarked the box form. Thieves..

  Definitely a scam. Ordered backpack in May. Contacted Customer support to no end with just the same old explanations.After one CS said to call back for a refund, another CS said it's non refundable.

  I placed an order 15 April 2022 for a free backpack by paying shipping only. As of today, the order has not been received despite several calls to customer service. Each customer service representative sounded suspiciously like the same person using a different name. During each call, lame excuses are given, and promises are made that are never kept. I also was told that I could not get a refund. No legitimate business would have such a policy. This website is a scam with multiple dubious layers of deception. Unfortunately, I was not able to leave a no-star rating.

  I ordered the Survival Handbook back in March and can't get anything out of them. They need to be put in jail for stealing all of our money and anything else that can be done to them. Thank you for letting me vent.

  I ordered the go bag and payed for shipping on the 18th of May here it is the 8th of July and still no go bag have talked with them 3 or 4 times on the phone and they have a different lame excuse each time
