The inside of the upper denture appears not to have been properly buffed and smoothed. It is so rough and painful against the skin of the roof pf the my mouth that I couldnt wear it.And because I have not been able to wear them I am not sure how they fit. The outside of the upper denture has ripples and lines in the roof to the mouth. Maybe Natural Dentures didnt think I would notice them since I am visually disabled. The bottom denture is not tall or wide enough. I tried to explain this to *****, one of the denturists, before the final denture was created but he told me that no it is the top denture that is too short When I tried to further explain my thoughts, he left and told the office staff that she must have something going on with ****. **** is the other denturist. I had nothing going on with ****. He took the initial impressions of my dentures but I dont know if my concerns were passed on to him. Also, my old dentures were used as trays to form the base of my new dentures This might work for some but it also repeats any problems that the old denture might have.

New full upper and new full lower dentures were delivered to patient on 4/2/24. Patient has returned for 1 adjustment on 4/12.  It is very normal and recommended to return for follow up appointments in the first month (or even 2 months) to ensure sore spots are addressed and any fit issues.  We would love for this patient to call and get scheduled for an adjustment appointment so we can address her concerns.  Without assessing the dentures we would not be able to determine if there are spots causing soreness or if there are fit issues.  One concern this patient had were the lines/wrinkles around the mouth.  Dentures (just like natural teeth) do not correct or prevent wrinkles.
