  My husband got dentures done and they look great. It was a long process in my opinion but he was fine with it since he was finally going to be getting the dentures he so needed. That's where it all started. Right after the first year his top denture cracked right down the center. Uggg. He went in to have them looked at and over $200 dollars later they fixed them. Mind you my hubby is very careful with his dentures. Takes them out every night and follows all the crazy cleaning process and what not. Well now that we are are 7 months, 1 month past the time they would fix them with out charging us we are back with another crack in them. Their answer was you might want to think about getting the metal in them. You know that is another $1900. What a fricken joke. I asked where I could file a complaints and they just gave me the run around and said it would go to the office manager. Who when I talked to the office manager she was all about you can do this to pay or that to pay. Nothing about what we can do to fix this problem. I need dentures myself and I will not be going there. I would suggest not wasting your money at this place. I wish I could give them negative stars.

  Well, if this is all they do and they are suppose to be the most experienced at being denturist, I was wrong. I have implants that were put in by a Oral Surgeon not by Natural Dentures. I thought by going somewhere that making dentures and having there own lab and saving some money would be a good choice for getting dentures. I wasn't going to write a review and was trying not to, but I don't want anyone going through what I have gone through since the beginning. My first set of dentures looked good, but my front teeth started either breaking or falling out almost immediately, and the same teeth didn't stop falling out and I was continuously making appointment to have my teeth fixed. It happened so many times, that Natural Dentures finally said they would make a new set. So, they made a new set, and this is the 3rd time since I have a new set, that 2 top left front teeth fell out while I was casual eating a salad. I can not tell you how upsetting that is!!! It happened on a Sunday, so I now need to call first thing on Monday morning and get in as soon as possible to fix teeth, as I have 2 front teeth missing. So after I get the teeth fixed tomorrow, I'm done! I will now seek out a new dentist that *** be more expensive, but my teeth won't fall out every 2 = 4 weeks. Is there anyway I can get a full refund since they have not proven that they can provide me with decent dentures that won't break for no reason!!! And, to make sure that everyone knows, I take them out every night and clean them. I also try and stay away from very hard chewing food. I know this is not normal with dentures, so I really don't know what to do except start the **************** again with a new dentist.

  $3800 for dentures that broke 4 times in 6 months. They did agree to remake but not without treating me as if it was my fault they were breaking. During the remake they were very unprofessional and even went into another patients room to discuss the dissatisfaction of having to remake them to another denturist in front of another patient. I was horrified. Also the refusal to fix the fractures knowing i would have to wait for remake. He wanted me to accept dentures that were sitting crooked and had larger teeth than I was told would be used. The denture was unacceptable and so was his unprofessional behavior.
