    Treated with disregard and hung up on several times. Then two days later accused of not paying, then evicted after insisting i had paid, and asking for clarification of fees.

    Aug. 21, 2024 I was informed that the new owner, Premier Property Management, needs the storage space that my trailer has been parked in. This has been my space for years and I have been paying $40 mo. rent. Aug 26 I contacted PPM to discuss movement of my trailer to a new space. I was informed that the only space available was one larger than the one I was currently utilizing. The new space would cost me $75 mo.I do not understand why I am expected to pay extra for this inconvenience. I am prepared to pay my normal rate and as soon as a smaller space is available, I will move my trailer again if necessary. I have been a tenant on this property for years. I became a tenant long before PPM ever managed this property. The receptionist informed me that I could be evicted if I do not follow the rate increase protocol. I disagree with this procedure.As a long-term tenant, and victim of this unexpected demand, I believe that I deserve the courtesy of maintaining my current rent rate, regardless of what happens to be currently available or not on this property.I want PPM to allow me to pay $40 a month for space rent for my trailer, as I have been paying for years, regardless of the size of space they deem available.

    Good news!
    The agency that I was filing the better Business bureau complaint against has offered me a different option. They are giving me a 3-month ***** period at my normal rate of rent and then will only increase my monthly rent by $10. They are actively looking for a smaller space so that I do not have to pay the $75 rental option.
    I have decided to accept their offer.
    I still feel very negatively towards this company and if there is anything that can be shared with others and warn them about this company I would ask for that. I plan on moving my trailer out of their spaces completely before my rent is raised. The receptionist was rude and condescending to me in my inquiries and showed no concern for the issue at hand. I do not feel like I was dealt with professionally or given any consideration. I want nothing to do with these people and I would not recommend them to anyone.
    I have never filed a complaint through the better Business bureau before and I want to express my appreciation for the prompt and easily understood response and resolution that you gave to me. It's nice to have faith in a system.
    Thank you for your time, patience and consideration. If there is anything else for me to do or in the future for me to take part in, I would be happy to.

    Discriminatory; they take your application fees without any assistance or **nsideration to your disabilities when you announce them. I was literally texted YOUR APPLICATION WAS CANCELED w/o any formal letter per **nsumer reporting law. After I was diligent in my efforts and provided ample documentation. This **mpany will not rent to any person who has no rental history at least 24 months long. This means if you are a young adult and you are trying to move into your own place they will not rent to you. This means if you had a dying parent you chose to move in with, like I did, for a few years - you'll be denied. Even when you provide documentation of your situation, have decent credit, verifiable in**me, and provide proof of 22 months of rental payments made on time every month at your present residency. And ****** is under a STATE OF EMERGENCY due to HOUSING CRISIS and this is their criteria regulation? This is classist&exclusionary and they cancel applications with no explanation and treat you with disdain and allege you threatened them for saying you are going to disclose their wrongdoing to the public and turn them in for discrimination. VERY disgusting practices.Unhelpful, dis**urteous, greedy property management ** that takes money from people and gives them false hopes. They are raking in app fees off people and then not even providing legal documented paperwork to give rejections so people can see what the cited caused for the rejection is. Like most property management **mpanies this one is very obviously all about their bottom line and not about assisting residents to get into homes and have them occupied. Provided the documentation and it was rejected. My therapist made a statement about where I lived&attested to about my rental history for the interim period they needed. She said "I dont know what your therapist's statement is supposed to do..."&"your application is canceled because you did not meet criteria." After I asked her what else she needed.
