    Very poorly managed office with little to no communication. They will take your application fees and then you hear absolutely nothing. Its difficult to get through to the person you need to talk to. I believe they DO discriminate! I didnt have a chance. Beware!

    I have tried to work with Premier regarding the safety and security of our gated community. This includes cars being parked on the street overnight. We pay for a 3rd party to patrol our neighborhood. Thus a car being abandoned since June concerned me. I personally filed a complaint after waiting forever for the car to be moved. Come to find out Premier gave the owner of this car a variance to park on the street without no consideration or notification to the homeowners in the community. Let alone none of us even knew there was such a thing as a variance. So we have cars parked on our street overnight!We have also had years of problems with our gate not working. Here it went on so often that our mailboxes got broken in to. Premier makes no attempt to monitor the gate, nor do they attempt to monitor when the gate is broken. They rely on homeowners. All 50 of us. Premier is also responsible for the upkeep of our plants and our entrance. They have done nothing to make any improvements in the past 8 years. I find this company to not be one that is proactive, but instead trys to get by with the least amount to collect the dues.
