      In January/February 2025 I purchased from Kendall Toyota a 2014 Toyota 4Runner. Its Oregon Bluebook value is about $22,500.When I wired $25,600 cash to Kendall, I asked them to confirm receipt. Six hours later I'd still not heard from them and again requested confirmation and the salesman ****** ******** told me, "Ill always respond back but sometimes it takes longer because Im also texting my bosses." He said confirming a wire transfer can take up to 5 days.Meanwhile, my daughter had gone to Kendall to test-drive the 4Runner. I had photos of the interior, exterior, and undercarriage and I told ******* ******* that I would take the 4Runner to *** ****** for new tires; I told him that Kendall SHOULD NOT put new tires on the vehicle. My daughter explained that we'd buy new tires at ******************* and that Kendall SHOULD NOT put new tires on the vehicle. Kendall put new tires on the vehicle -- for $830. They claim they "performed an alignment" but *** ****** reported the alignment needs work; their new tires price included $200 for the trade-in value of Kendall's $830 tires.****** ******** told me it's illegal to sell a vehicle with tires that are unsafe and they're required by law to put new tires on the 4Runner. Kendall's manager **** ******* refused my requests for a (partial) refund, saying "we did perform an alignment" and "I am willing to offer a solution by reviewing the cost with you." This is a completely unsatisfactory proposal since we'd already removed their $200 tires and installed new $1200 *** ****** tires. **** also refused to explain the alignment they'd "performed." He did repeatedly offer to send me a copy of the invoice showing what they were charged for the tires.He told me "Our goal is always to provide a smooth and professional experience" and "I want to ensure that you feel heard." My problem with this used vehicle sale was NOT that I didn't feel heard. I think their actions go beyond unprofessional and actually qualify as fraud.

      On multiple occasions, I have asked Kendall Toyota of Eugene not to contact me for sales purposes. Each time, I was assured that my number would be removed from their call list. Despite these assurances, I continue to receive sales calls from Kendall Toyota over the past year.This persistent issue has caused frustration, as I have made it clear that I do not wish to be contacted for sales reasons or at this point do business with them. I am requesting immediate action to ensure that my number is permanently removed from their call ****************

      I dropped off my car and the screen got scratches from the technician. I complained they denied it but didnt have accurate proof because their picture was with the screen on it its shows with an off black screen. 3rd time I dropped off truck it came back filthy. Grease prints on screen and *************** thrown in the back cab. Sloppy technicians.

      I was sold a pre-owned 2014 **** Focus a couple months back and when I was there my salesmen purposely lead me to believe that the expensive warranty option was to cover **************** that breaks on the car. So here I am a couple months later and they wont fix the clutch that had already gone out. Quoted me 3-4 thousand to have it fixed because it is a certain clutch they dont cover.

      - I have bought a 2020 Tesla Model X last June from this Business at 65K.- They did advertise this car as Clean car with no accident.- I have trusted that this Car had no accident at All, that is why I have purchased.- When I did evaluate the car at CarMax they have found out that the car has been painted, which means it had bodywork done due to a previous accident.- I have tried to evaluate the Car at another body shop expert, and he confirmed the same evaluation.- So I have paid full price for a product, and foudn out later that this product has major issues that makes its value much less.- I am asking to get 15% from the price back of the original price to reflect the accident that the car had.

      April 13,2023-routine service for priusC with ****** miles. ************ attempted to sell brake fluid exchange ($200.45), fuel injection svs ($182.99), transmission service ($499.19) and coolant service ($142.93). NONE of these are recommended per toyota.com own maintenance schedule online. In fact, most are not recommended until ******* miles or more.

      We have reached out to the customer to explain the reasons for recommending the services on his 2014 Prius.  Nearly all factory and dealer recommended services result from either mileage on the vehicle or the passage of time.  The benefits of these recommended services are many to properly maintain these complex vehicles.  We are happy to discuss the recommendations at any time and we appreciate your business.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They continue to conflate Factory/Toyota recommendations with dealer recommendations. What I want is for them to clearly tell customers that these are dealer recommended, but NOT factory/toyota recommended . I fear for the elderly customer who is bamboozled into accepting and paying a lot of money when it is not necessary.
