Stay clear of this dealership if you are buying a used car. Even if the used car is a 4-month-old 2023 ************** like I bought. This dealership tried to hide defects in the vehicle, I called them it and they tried to fix the damage only to create more. I brought my truck back in and was told that the manager *********************** would reach out, and he only reached out through a review I left on ****** saying I could call him. This man has my email and phone number from previous contacts but this time he decides to respond through a review and not directly to me. I think this shows the lack of follow through and commitment to customer satisfaction and it shows me that they care very little about making things right. I even tried to trade this truck back to them and buy a newer truck and they said that my truck was only in fair condition and worth about 10K less than it should, because of all the problems I have had. These problems are ones that Kendall created and tried to hide and made worse. I would advise anyone looking for a used car or truck to steer clear of this dealership, and their service department. Unless you like an 8 hour oil change.

Watch out for these guys! I test drove the upscale model Rav4 Hybrid. They gave me the information packet specifically for this model. They offered me a 'good deal' on this model, then wrote up the contract for a low end model. Their 'good deal' offer was higher than the their listed price for their low end model... so only a 'good deal' for them... Classic bait and switch!

I am extremely disappointed in how Kendall Toyota of Eugene handled a potential car deal. I was working with *************************** at the dealership. We agreed on a price and arranged a date and time to do a test drive and pick up of the vehicle. We live about 270 miles away. In preparation to make the trip to Eugene, we had to take time off of work and even booked a local hotel. We were excited to move forward with the purchase but thought we'll check in with ******* to make sure everything was in the clear, I asked, "would check be okay?" (indicating we weren't going to finance it) then immediately it was communicated to us it was "Sold!". No warning, no heads up that another deal was in process, or any other potential buyers. I attached the conversation I had with ***************Per WSJ "Dealers have always preferred you finance ********** cash, but they have amped up the pressure to take loans and are, in some cases, even refusing a sale if you intend to pay cash. And yes, this is perfectly legal for a dealer to refuse your money". Kendall Toyota of Eugene was not being transparent or honest. They wasted my time. They don't care about their potential customers. Sincerely, ***
