    order number *******. I bought 16 Patagonia clothes, but I only received 10. They asked me to contact **** *** looked at the photos of our package and asked us to contact the sender Tactics. Tactics refused to follow up and would not compensate. My request is to send me the 6 clothes I am missing or refund me.

    All items from this order were shipped in full and there is no visible damage to the packaging which was verified by *** scans. We have verified all fulfillment information and went as far as to weigh an identical shipment and everything checks out. This complaint is invalid and false.

    The package was damaged, opened, clothes stolen, I paid for 16 pieces of clothing but only received 10. TACTICS should be held responsible

    We attempted to help resolve this issue with the carrier, but were not provided sufficient evidence from the customer in a timely manner according to the requirements the carrier upholds.

    I am rejecting this response because:The courier bag was broken and stolen. I have provided the video and photos. What other evidence do you want me to provide? The merchant should ask *** for compensation, not me.

    This message is to notify the ** regarding case # ********-41176 that we have refunded the customer filing the complaint for the items they claimed were stolen from their shipment even though they did not respond to our requests for additional information in a timely manner. We believe this refund was the the fully requested amount from the consumer and would like to have this case closed on our behalf and marked as resolved. Please let me know if you need any documentation to close this case as resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because:First of all, thank you BBB and ******* After 3 months, I finally received a refund, which is what I deserve. But the attitude of the staff of Tactics was very bad. They said I was a liar on the phone and refused to communicate with me. So I contacted BBB and ****** to help me.

    I paid like $95 it might have been 90 for a pair of women's shoes that they did not deliver to my apartment they're saying that I didn't put in my apartment number but even if I didn't why did they pick a random apartment to give it to twice and my auto fill always puts in my apartment letter I just want the shoes
