  I love Squatches . They are honest and trustworthy mechanics and I only like them working on my cars. My car has been with squatches ever since they took over from best auto . I won't take my car to any other mechanic in or around town .

  Ive been screwed over a million times by other mechanics. **** is very knowledgeable and has fair prices. Dont believe all the ***** reviews ??. The staff is extremely friendly and Ive never had a bad experience.

  With reading these recent reviews, its absolutely obvious service at ********* Center/Squatch's Garage has gone down hill since change in ownership. My headache is not over at the moment with the shop, they are still fixing a problem they caused. My vehicle is been down a a total of 3 months with them. Went in for an alternator replacement. I also had to pay for bolts they snapped and had to extract. If your taking your vehicle to this shop to be repaired, what you can expect is a higher bill and no communication.

  I've taken my car there, several times. Being a mechanical engineer myself, I found that they did not try to BS me on what was going on or what the repair cost might become. They gave helpful information to help me do the job myself, when I didn't have the money or I had the confidence to do the job. They also would not ************** out the door without it being done correctly. I've had local places give me a 800 dollar bill, just after 4 hours of work. I will always use ************.

  Quoted 580 for a water pump replacement made the appointment dropped off the van at lunch they call say they broke 2-3 bolts off and it wouldn't be done today next day no call wendsday I call no answer leave a message no call back call at end of day no call back Thursday morning I call ohh there working on it hour later they call and tell me I can come take my van that's in pieces and broken bolts in block or I have to agree to pay for the removal I laughed and told him I didn't really have a choice did I since every other shop was booked out for a month and no one's going to want to take a half done project with broken bolts so I guess I have no choice next day goes by no phone call Thursday they call me back and said they got it that they're putting it back together Friday I called to ask if it's done at lunch yeah they're putting it back together an hour later I get a phone call Dan's done $1,800 to change a water pump $400 worth of parts and the rest labor for changing a water pump and extracting they're broken bolts I understand that they had a hard time I would have paid a little extra but jacking me 300% on a quote for something that's in the book for an hour or two I called every mechanic shop in grants pass should them the receipt and every single one agrees that it's ridiculous

  Horrible communication, horrible service, quoted me **** on a repair. They had my car for over a month and charged me ****. I told the owner the battery is new and still under warranty. He still went ahead and got a new battery and charged me for it. The owner was rude and the mechanics are quite inexperienced. They left scratches on my console and they also didn't even re-install it correctly. Don't take your car here. Save yourself the headache and all their excuses. The owner should have just stuck to appliance repair.
