    I hired Caveman Technology Group LLC for security at my business location. A new security system was recommended at my gate entrance. An original installer came and showed a variety of systems and informed me that I would be given quotes/prices. He never returned. Another installer, *****, arrived on 9/23/23 and installed a Video Intercom and no prices or quotes were discussed with me by the owner, *****. On 9/25/23, I received an Invoice for $8402.74 and with the cost of the Video Intercom at $6485.00. I was extremely overwhelmed and reached out to ***** and did not get a response. I was informed by ***** on 12/7/23 that the Video Intercom cost $449.95 and that ***** said to him, "Let's see if she falls for it." I paid the invoice thinking that this was required and believed in ***** and his company's honesty and integrity. He has billed me multiple times with bills exceeding $2000 by consisting over quoting supplies, and hours of labors worked. I canceled his services on 11/9/23 to end billing cycle 12/8/23 and informed him to stop recurring payments starting 12/9/23 or I would contact the credit card as advised to dispute the payment and stop all recurring payments. He responded that he would not make a payment on 12/9/23 although he did and I was required to dispute the transaction. In addition, my gate would not open on 10/8/23 and I was stranded at my house. I had appointments and had planned to go to church. I reached out to ***** and ***** and ***** did not respond to numerous phone calls or texts. ***** came out to the house and fixed the problem. ***** informed ***** that he needed to turn his phone off on weekends and that customers were "too needy." He did not have a surge protector place on my security box which fried my system and was never working despite me being responsible for $129/month for home security. **************************** is negligent with responding, and is fraud with expenses of equipment. He tried to tell me I was leasing.

    For your reference, we no longer employ the folks that you claim caused your power outage, and we never received any service request from you about any of the concerns you mentioned. App our devices have surge protection built in and never have had any issues like you're describing. Hopefully any future security concerns can be addressed by DetectAll. They are a great provider and we know you'll be in good hands. If you ever need anything, we are here to help.

    Hello,

    The case is not closed.  I contacted the ****** ******************************* on 12/11/2023 and followed the instructions as detailed.  There was no resolution of funds and I needed to have repairs completed due to the incompetence of services. I have attached the second opinion.  I had to pay for new mesh kits which were compatible with Starlink since the mesh kits that Caveman Security required me to pay without providing quotes were incompatible.  In addition, Caveman Security, LLC did not have an LEA ******* to install services that he provided.  Circuit breakers burned out since he did not install surge protectors and I did not have secure ***** systems.  

    The 30 days have been completed with ****** ****************** and I have filed a Breach of Complaint.  I am working with **** of America to dispute the overage of charges of greater that $6000 for the Video Camera.  The actual cost was $449 and I was charged over $6500 for the unit which was incompletely installed.  

    I appreciate Better Business Bureau to not close the case until it has been finalized.  Thank you.

    I had a Mediation with ********** on 2/9/24 and Caveman Technology Group, LLC owner, *********************** would not settle with any monetary compensation.  I filed Small Claims through Josephine County Court on 2/29/24 and paid for the ************ to serve **************** with the papers.  Thank you.
