    *************************** overcharged me for my security system. He also damaged my brand new slate in my gate and put his company sign there. He also destroyed and threw away ADT alarm console. I regret ever doing business with him. He also didnt tell me there was a camera in my console that he installed and he has full access to it. Also found out it does not go to police department when alarm is triggered. So paying $50.00 per month for no monitoring service. Plus the initial set up fee was outrageous. Not a trustworthy business. He was hard to get ahold of and would just show up when it was convenient for him. I highly recommend not to use Caveman Security through ***************************.

    We placed your signage at your request & delight as a part of your requested installation. We never remove or tamper with any existing customer equipment including your old alarm system that you requested help with. 

     

    Caveman does not have any access to your footage and never has any desire or capability to see any footage in your home or on your property. Our 24/7 fully monitored professional central stations across the country cover every sensor we install, and we have documentation to prove this in all installations. 

     

    Your services function completely and are well worth the industry standard payments. In addition, if ever there are any concerns with our service, we are moments away and love helping our customers. As our daily business call logs show, we are always ready to serve you & our community.
