      my son and I were told by a finance specialist that  we were over charged over one thousand dollars. then I get a call saying I owe them. I disagree on the amount I don't want a thousand dollars that is not what I was over charged. They should know Wa. laws about buying in ******. If they were a new business I could under stand them not knowing but they have been in business for years and should know. We were told the amount and my son went to the bank and got a check for the amount we were told. I disagree on the amount they say they owe me.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      ***** told me and my son when we bought the car that we were overcharge one thousand plus we would receive a check in the mail. Time passed no check. ***** called and said I owed them four hundred plus. I told him they owed me . He said he would check up front. Some  time later I got a check  for ******. So now  they have increased the amount I owe. I feel the should pay at least half of the thousand they over charged. I am eighty one years old and feel they are trying to scam me because of my age.

      I purchased a brand new 2023 Hyundai palisade from Ron Tonkin Hyundai on Sep 26th 2022. It is an out of state purchase as I live in **********. I signed all the paperwork related to the purchase including DMV documentation as it is submitted by the dealership to DMV in ******* ********** directly. I got an mail from DMV on October 24th that Im due more money for registration and I walked into DMV and I was told that it is because the dealership didnt submit the paperwork within 20 days , DMV charged penality of 767$ for delay in paperwork. As I understand it is the responsibility of the dealership to submit the paperwork to DMV on time and any penalities resulted due to this delay is to be owned by the dealership. I tried to reach out the finance guy and the sales person and not getting the response well to resolve this issue. They agreed that they only send the paperwork to DMV on October 18th and the dmv received documents on October 21st which is more than 20 days. Please help Attached document has charges marked as PEN those charges due to delay Thanks ******
