      I have never been more disappointed, disrespected, and abused by a business in my entire life. I am a young pregnant female in my early twenties, and I was coerced into signing a new contract which is illegal. Signing a contract under duress is ILLEGAL. I went here to buy a car and they did the bait and switch on me, which is fraud because they lied saying I had a full approval twice driving the car away that night, in less than 24hrs, Hong *** in finance aggressively coerced me into signing a new contract he didn't even let me read it. He was yelling at me and saying things like, "why bother to read it, you have no other choice but to sign", "why bother reading when you won't understand any of it anyway", "I know you have all day to waste, but I don't", "you're wasting my time". I have been too sick with pregnancy to fight this and I cannot begin to tell you how immoral and severely unethical this whole experience has been. NO person there would've yelled at me or ignored me if I had a man with me the whole time. I asked multiple times for mechanical inspection forms when I first got there by myself and they told me they didn't exist. I brought a male mechanic with me the next time, and they didn't say a word and brought them to him immediately. My salesman was even a female, *******. I didn't know we still discriminated gender in this world-- especially verbally abusing and threatening a pregnant woman to sign a contract. If you have a shred of human decency, you will fix this morally and fairly. This is going to the Attorney General.
