    I had Top Flight Roofing come out to install new gutters on my home in Happy Valley. I initially gave them a good review. Everything went well until I needed repairs for gutters that were leaking behind the new gutter, and also gutter guards were installed improperly.. It was causing a mess and I was worried about dry rot occurring. They came out 2 times but were unable to repair the problem. They wanted to tear off several cement tiles to see if that was the cause. I told then "no" because my roof hasnt ever leaked. There is absolutely no reason a new gutter would cause a perfectly functioning roof to start having problems unless the gutters werent installed properly. Since they werent able to repair the problems with my new gutters I wasnt going to let them touch my roof and possibly cause more issues. I ended up calling another company to get a 2nd opinion. No one wanted to touch something that Top Flight should be warrantying. I was told the gutters had been installed wrong. They were too level so water wouldnt drain properly and also no flashing had been installed. They said my gutter guards were lower on the roof side causing lots of debris to accumulate. Defeated the purpose of gutter guards. There was an entire section on the back side of my home that there was no gutter guard even installed. I would have never known that had someone else not been on my roof. It's been almost 2 yrs now dealing with these issues. ***** sent people out several times to look but nothing got fixed. Then they just stopped answering my calls. My gutter guards need to be installed properly or removed. ***** was supposed to come out but just stopped showing up or calling. Top Flight Roofing doesnt follow thru and complete their jobs or stand by their warranty.They leave me no choice but to hire an attorney now and start litigation. *** never had to do something like this before and I hate it! I can't recommend this company. They seem to take your money and disappear.

    My review is a bit belated, as they did a roof replacement for me last year, but they were such a great crew!! Top-notch work, SURPRISINGLY affordable, and highly professional to boot. No issues at all during the work and the job was done right. Highly recommend Top Flight for roof replacements. Thank you, *****!
