5 stars******** made the process so easy. A state farm insured hit me and I was speechless. I did not know what to do. My attorney, gave me the number for ******** and said he had great luck with them. After getting a check for $7500 I believe. ****** was helpful before I paid for their service. AFTER I paid, I was given abrupt responses that didn't answer my questions as a result of communication with my insurance company. ****** also told me via email and on the phone that ******** had a "money back guaranty". When I did not get a diminished value payout, I emailed ****** requesting a refund and was told I didn't qualify for refund and attached the refund policy. Since I specifically asked about the refund policy, I should've received a copy of it and/or been directed to the ******** website to view it PRIOR to paying. That didn't happen until I requested the refund. That is a slippery and deceptive business practice. There are substantial hoops to jump through to get the refund; including writing to the ********** of ********* and sending their response to ********. I had written the ********** of ********* in January. It's ****** and I still have not received a reply. This makes it impossible to "qualify" for an ******** refund. Proceed with caution - ****** will be as nice as pie before you pay, then be prepared to fly solo to figure it out. Ensure you ask to see their Refund policy prior to paying. She made it seem like it was a simple as "if you don't get paid, we'll refund you the $350 appraisal fee". By the way, ******** claimed I had $9900 diminished value. That was NOT the case so I not only had the stress of an auto loss, but also wasted $350 paying ********.AutoLoss.com

Its interesting that I wasnt given this documentation prior to giving you my trust and payment. After all of the nonsense related to this accident since November of 2022, Im supposed to write to the ********** of ********* and wait for a reply. The ********** of ********* doesnt reply. But, you already know that which is why you add it to your refund policy because you know they wont reply and therefore your clients cant fulfill your refund requirements. I know this because I wrote the ********** of ********* in January.
Its also interesting that all these refund hurdles werent mentioned on the phone or in your email on February 6th when I asked you about your Money Back Guarantee. It was as simple as if you dont get paid, well refund you.
Ill submit my complaint to the BBB and post on social media to warn others of ******** formulas and lack luster customer service.
Congrats, ******, on swindling another consumer.

State Farm said ******** appears to be applying an arbitrary percentage to determine diminished value of 15% .

I reached out to Auto Loss when my insurance company came in with a very low offer for me vehicle that was totaled. They didn't even give me an offer that was enough to cover the loan amount that I had on the vehicle. I called and spoke with ******, she had me send in my information via email on a Friday, she called me back on Monday saying that she thinks she would be able to get me more than they offered me. I paid the initial cost for her to start the appraisal. From this point on, she kept me in the loop, whenever I reached out to her via email or phone call, she got back to me with 24 hours every time. After her negotiating with my insurance, I got back enough to cover the loan amount on my car and then a decent chunk of change to go into my bank account. I had a target value that I wanted to hit, and ****** hit that value for me. Hopefully I won't be in a situation where I have to use them again, but if I am, I will definitely be going with Auto Loss!AutoLoss.com

First reached out to ******** on August 2022. They respond in 2 business days minimum so pretty bad at communication. As stated in their website, if the diminished value case is not closed in my favor I'm guaranteed a refund. I requested a refund on 10/19/2022 and it is already 1/12/2023 and still didn't get my refund back. It seems like they're dragging the situation so that I'll eventually forget about my refund by telling me "it'll take 30 business days for our CPA to send you a physical check" or like "The check should've already arrived" but nothing arrived as of now. If you're looking to get diminished value help, please avoid ******** and ******. Short summary: - bad at communication - not acting through their promises as a business - full of lies - big waste of time, mental health, and communicationAutoLoss.com

All I can say is Wow! ****** is simply amazing. She fought for me and got a great settlement for my diminished value on my Jeep. With out her I would of gotten less than a 3rd of what they gave me. Working with ****** and the team at ******** was extremely helpful in recuperating the majority of diminished value of my 2-year-old vehicle after I was hit by another driver this fall.
