    We have NOT received any estimates and/or text messages since the last meeting with your estimator on Monday 9/25/2023; however, your unprofessionalism of calling our Tenant (allegedly made false claims and calling name of our Management). Contractors should NOT be contacting Tenants, and all communications (call/text/email) should be directed to Management. Due to this incident, we respectfully decline any further communications or services from Aviator Heating and Cooling.

    We were having a crazy heat wave and our old system started to experience crazy heat spells on . and off. We got tired of it and called for diagnostic . We were amazed high high tech diagnostic was .They examined almost every ***************** connection and components of our system. They offered us so many options it made our heads spin. Literally . We asked their opinion on what best options would be and we thought about it for a few days comparing estimate with other competitors and we picked Aviator because of fast response and incredibly accurate diagnostic system and we decided to go with compete replacement since our unit is 22 yrs of age already and way beyond mechanical capacity . Makes no sense to invest into something that old. We scheduled replacement and got our unit replaced in a single day . ****** and **** were installers and ****** (owner) came at end to check if everything works . We are very happy we picked AVIATOR BECAUSE of their friendly service with smile jokes and fun They made it easy for us and even gave us portable ac FOR FREE UNTILL REPLACEMENT COMPLETE. Thx aviator

    We called him for after hours help to check out our AC when the condenser fan stopped working. He checked out the system and gave us generalizations about the system saying things like its leaking oil and you have burned out wires. We tried to get more specifics (like where is the oil leak exactly) and despite many attempts, he was unwilling to provide a written estimate nor provide specific details about what was wrong with our unit or what steps were needed to fix it. He would not answer direct, pointed questions despite our best efforts.When we told him that we would like an estimate and some time to think about it, he just kept pressing us into a decision.We was very reluctant to leave even after being asked directly to leave. Ultimately we had to get very firm and told him to get out of our house. We offered to pay for the call and he couldnt pin down a specific cost. He did finally leave though and told us he was going to cancel the call and not charge us.I left a 1 star review on ****** explaining our experience. A few weeks later, he texted me at 1 am with the following:We realized you left us a 1 star review. Very unfair. The particular lead cost us money. Since you want to be mean I will re apply this charge and have it sent to you. Then to out collections partner. This is very heartbreaking experience reading and seeing you do this to me ?? situations like this make me lose hope in humanity and give up in life! I will never forget this experience as long as I live.He ranted at me incoherently for a couple of days and even threatened to show up to my place of work.He finally sent the invoice and I paid it within minutes. He continued to rant at me, threatened legal action, and said things like see you soon and I will show you. It was very scary.The ****** review (if he didnt have it removed) has much more detail. Avoid this business.

    We had a Furnace and AC installation. It went beyond our expectations. Cleaned up after themselves and left the garage and outdoor section spotless. ?? The install was fenominal, the equipment matched our home and was beautifully installed. The insulation they put around the ductwork is making the system more efficient and looks professional, especially compared to previous install that was done initially. I wouldn't hesitate to hire the company again.

    One of the worst experiences possibly ever. Where to even begin. Bad attitude, no show, threats, possibly retaliation methods. I will be filing a police report.I called on a Thursday, set an apt for Tues. They sent a confirm email 8:15-12:15.That Tues at 1:30 I called in to see if the tech was still coming or if I needed to reschedule, the "Receptionist" at what I assume is a hired call center sent a message to the tech.The tech texted me claiming "If I didn't respond he'd cancel my apt" This was the very FIRST contact I had had from him all day I called to clarify, he immediately became defensive and rude with me. Claiming he had until 8pm as you can see by the photo this is not the case. He also said he'd been trying to text me all day as you can see by one of my photos I only ever received a single text. I asked him to tell me which number he had been trying and he refused.I made it clear I didn't care and just needed to clarify he was still coming he then said "I don't think I will after all this drama"To be clear I had not been rude, raised my voice, swore, anything, I was only trying to get clarity on arrival.He then went on some diatribe about how he works 12+ hours a day and I was lucky to have an apt to begin with, then hung up on **** called in to the main line (A call center likely) and described the issue, the "Receptionist" **** said he was as surprised as me and would handle, escalate and have someone call me. Nobody did.When I tried to follow up on Wednesday they had BLOCKED MY NUMBER.I called in from my work line and explained again, they woman also sounded or pretended to care and said someone would call me to figure it out, nobody has, and nobody will.I called in a few times and have had a new person every time, they are clearly hiding behind a call center.The worst part comes now, I had not been working with any other group or company at all and they had my email, address and phone.     Hi ***********************, thank you for your review. Dispatch has scheduled you for same day service on a 115 hot summer day when as an exception when a technician offered to work after hours. Since you lived out in the *****, and having been slammed, the tech was arriving 1 hr passed his scheduled time. You had called in the meantime to curse us and give us hurtful names. This was super grievous to us and we did not think it was fair for ************** not only to have to work passed 8pm but also have to deal with your attitude. We thought it best to part ways, and give ************** time to rest for the following day. I'm sorry you thought giving us a bad review was revenge for canceling your appointment. It does not surprise me that the email we have on file for you is; "mattdogeater". It scares that anyone in they're right mind would come up with a sick email like this. Take care friend
